Hi rdt1970..

I saw you where thinking of buying a new phone. I do have a bit of advice. The Omnia HD is a Symbian phone. Samsungs "Symbian" based on Nokia software, which is badly supported by Samsung (I noticed that myself with the Innov8 I own and hate). So be warned! The Jet and Pixon 12 have been fitted completely with Samsungs own sofware and should be better supported.

As for the Sony can't say much about if. Take your time in buying a bad phone is easily bought these days. Good luck!

I currently own an omnia i900 and I'd said go for the new omnia (omnia 2-i8000). by the looks of it they've corrected all the minor issues with the first one (which were almost all because of Winmo really not the device). I'm gonna buy this for sure! don't understand why one would buy iPhone with phone in the market in a month.

i know how to use it, i just do not like it as many people do not like the Glorious "iphone". i Own a Windows Mobile device (HTC) and i still prefer the Nokia E71 instead.

The GUI looks alot better than the original which just couldn't hide that ugly winmo os. We have the Toshiba, Omnia Pro, Diamond 2 and Pro2, not to mention Sony Aino (Idou) all coming out - sorry apple users, it's just getting so darn hard to pick a phone these days.
