@girlattack08 Oh, that is called Spoilers or Airbrakes and is a normal thing to use when they're braking the plane down when after touchdown.

@kagome123654 Personaly, I can't be in a better place than a plane, I love it. And if you didn't know it, to fly is the safest way to travel, infact, it's many many times more likely to crash in a car than in a plane. If you very badly want to go to japan, go to japan! Even with this kind of winds as in this video (very unlikely) it is actually more fun than scary. Hope this helps. Thanks for asking
