Yo anyone know how to setup one cd palyer and a turntable with scratchlive? Can you just connect the two to the mixer and sl1 or sl3 and play or do you need some other hardware?

@Mandela08 its in the settings. you make one line and other phono settings. I believe sl3 has a built in switch.

i say its totally worth it.. it's a lot easier to carry your laptop and serato box vs carrying crates or cds..

for your pioneer thingy do you use a time coded CD or is it a USB connection to your computer??

for my pioneer thingy?.. um.. i use serato scratch live, which requires both time coded vinyl or cd and a usb interface to the computer.

Actually what you're hearing is off a set of headphones.. i didn't have a speaker setup there... so that is why there is limitations on the sound quality.. .. sorry about that guys..
