  • Africans can redeem control over their land and resources by accumulating and ministering capital, organize industry catering to under-served [low -income i.e the global majority] markets by way of commercial enterprise in the form of :

Social Enterprise --(Social Programs that are turn into businesses)

Small and Medium Enterprise -- (Businesses that use a franchise model)

    Co-operative Corporation -- ( Integrates: credit unions, worker co-op and R&D)

In this way Africans can be self-reliant.

  • all polaticians are haveing the laugh of ther lives be cause polaticians invent money so thay can controlll people all polaticians only want to be god wake up money is only a controll device invented by very greedy ppolaticians whho want to be god dont be so blinde wake up polaticians are all evi l like hitler and mussolini and joseph stalin of russia

  • it is more important to love all humans and to be loved by all humans than to be rich love is more important than money money is only a political device to controll humans

  • well done. Good job.

  • Never knew how many problems having "bad" cholesterol could cause. I guess I knew it could cause heart disease but developing diabetes was not something I had ever thought about. Last year my levels were way up (192) and my triglycerides were around 450, my doc told me of the risks. I had to do something, thankfully found Sterolyn. This is a formula I can actually feel good about taking.

  • there is an idea on how to stop our looting goverments all over africa...the time we spend crusifying them should be spent giving them awearness..it is difficult to let them see our pains while they sit on thier thrones,we all should stand up to make our awearness aweared, let us make it a mandatory thing to stand on there gates on daily basis to peacesfully send them the message of hope and hoping at the same time they will see our message..they are humans they have hearts,it can be reached..

  • I dream that one day Nigeria will be good to bring back all Top Nigerian Professional helping other countries. It is indeed called brain drain but our problem is not only caused by white people rather we are suffering from very very bad governance. our leaders are all crooks. Just take a look at what happened with Russia and how they came back much stronger economically. They rejected hand outs but decided to rebuild their country. It is about pride which we haven't got but only to loot.

  • Excellent talk. One day, I hope to contribute to health care in Africa with my time and money.

ultraworshit: I won't say I want you to die; but, when you do, I hope it's slow.

  • why are so people bringing race into the equation, its not about race! its about real humans suffering! get back to reality, and get over any mental barrier you have about race!

  • the health system in gyrovia is a sac of never never trypomania.

  • very good info.

    this is important.

the world is important to me.

  • Barack Black Power ends poverty!

  • He's right. We all have a duty to do something about this.

  • isnt this cvs death cause overshadowed by malaria & hiv?

the latter will cut the life span even shorter than cardial problems imo.

  • he addresses that in the talk, but really heart disease is the biggest killer worldwide

  • Taken from Amnesty International "MEND is one of the largest militant groups in the Niger Delta fighting for the rights of indigenous people for a share of the natural resources in the delta and against the degradation of the environment created by the extractive companies operating in the delta."

Extration companies are Shell, Exxon etc....

    Yes it is eveyones problem.

  • In Africa they are wealthy but people do not pay the African people for their natural resources. They would rather support coruption than give it the Africa citizens. Then turn around and say they are the poorest in the world.

  • What the "TheCongoWasRobbed" is saying is also true. But then again , that's their problem.

  • No it is not just their problem. Those are foreign companies and other nations supporting those governments that do that.

  • Taken from Amnesty International "MEND is one of the largest militant groups in the Niger Delta fighting for the rights of indigenous people for a share of the natural resources in the delta and against the degradation of the environment created by the extractive companies operating in the delta."

    Yes it is eveyones problem.

  • yeah but helping foreign nations breeds a positive world imagine and internal efficacy in foreigners which would improve trade, travel and probably a lot more things. if we start helping people it would really pay off everywhere

  • No helping foreign nations which are "worth" something is positive. In this particular case , it's not worth it. Better yet , even if it is , in the end , the more of "us" on this planet , the "less" natural habitat remains. It's a lose lose situation.

  • but why is this case not worth something

  • If we refuse to address the pressing health concerns, then people will be coerced into making more children (and hoping that at least 1 will survive). Most of them will die, creating more suffering and certainly not reducing overpopulation. When people are healthy and educated, however, they make more responsible choices about child bearing.

  • Dam it!

    there is nothing fearful

    in 1:56

    It's a new day! <3

    Baha'i is also good.

  • What makes you more worthy to live than a poor person ?

  • The fact that i'm not being a "fardeau" to the human race. But i guess you'd rather save people who'll live eternally on welfare" , breeding more welfare babies. Why should the white man be the savior of these people ? why are caucasians always sacrifying their own future for the sake of others ? What is this suicidal ethno-masochistic altruism gonna bring us ? Nothing. Except more useless mouths to feed.

  • Your arguments are based on the assumption that money is more important than life. That is a terrible position to have. "the white man be the savior of these people?" Are you not slightly racist ? Do you think that all wealthy people are white ? You live in a warped reality in my opinion.

  • My arguments are based on facts & logic. Money is important. Without it you wouldn't be able to post this very response because you wouldn't be able to pay your internet provider.Anyone who tells you that money is the root of all evil doesn't have any. Am i slightly racist ? Not just slightly. If labeling a guy who first cares about his own people is being racist than i am a proud "racist". Not all wealthy people are white. But the fact is many aren't living in 3rd world shithole countries.

  • I'm sorry, life is more important than money, without life, I wouldn't be here with my money paying for my internet connection. Money is just one of the ways in which life interacts. You know there once was a time when we developed countries were at the same stage of developement as is most of the third world now. If we were alowed to move out of this state, why not the Third World ? Where is your sense of humanity ? Does money stand for how much one merits to live. I don't believe that.

  • life is obviously primordial. But that's not the point. You said it yourself: "Money is just one of the ways in which life interacts." Indeed but knowing that , you have to deal with the fact that without it you're screwed. (unless living like a bum is no problem to you). My sense of humanity ? I have a sense of preservation. I don't see why the white man should constantly be the savior of the planet. He's got everything to lose & nothing to gain at the end of the equation.

  • Well getting the poor richer is not gonna make me a bum...(my contribution ends here)

  • Most of the misery in this earth is because of the precious white man you parasite! Get over yourself and dont take your opinions seriously.

Just because you thought of some fucked up argument like this one, it doesnt mean that it has any value. Thats just the effect of watching too much American news channels that gave you the illusion that this is actually an intelligent point. Believe me its not.

  • A7mad19 , the language you speak to communicate with me was invented by the white man. The computer you are using was originally invented by the white man. Your television , your car etc..do i even need to bother with the rest ? The parasite that you hate is already planning to conquer other planets. There are good parasites and bad parasites. One which is constantly going forward and the other..in constant need of attention Only good to blame the white man & demand "help".

  • White men took power becaue of gun powder and because they took advantage of others' trust, like the pilgrims that came to America. Then they enslaved people and exploited the shit out of them. They free-rode on others' backs for centuries. I think that is more than enought "compensation" fro their contributions to the world.

  • A7mad19, if most of the misery on earth was created by the white man, then why is Africa one of the most warring, poor, AIDS-ridden, and morally backwards continents in the world? Now I am not blaming black people, but it certainly points away from white people. I think race has NOTHING to do with good or bad. If you hate Americans, then fine. But don't blame the races, because if you do, you sound like one of the ignorant fucks running around America in white robes.

  • to be morally backwards is an entirely relative concept and disrespectful of cultural values other then your own.

  • No... morally backwards is not relative. Certain MORALS are universal and transcend cultural boundaries. Morals are not to be confused with cultural norms, customs or traditions. Morals include those acts that are universal such as murder (aside from war), rape, corruption, lying, stealing, etc. These acts are not valued by ANY culture regardless of their context.

  • ManWithGoodHands is correct in saying that certain morals transcend cultural boundaries. We must affirm this if we are compassionate human beings; the alternative is apathetic nihilism. But it is true that white people have contributed to much of the suffering currently ongoing in Africa; it is not that Africans are saints, but that Europeans have behaved no better, and have therefore worsened war, slavery, tyranny, and poverty in the continent. We are only starting to repay that debt.

  • You are quite mental. So life in the Denmark is worth more than life in Africa. Fair enough, your point has been made quite spectacularly.

  • White man is doing what? WTF is your problem, you idiot? The people who help others help them because they see poverty and want to alleviate it. The whole affirmative action thing in America is due to restitution for slavery and economic bondage in the United States (which I oppose). The only seriously good ting white men did weren't because they were white; it's because they had the right to education. AFrica is fucked up because of the IMF and stupid dictators supported by companies.

  • This is a fantastic talk!

  • i like his accent

  • I bet he's Nigerian from the accent. I am so I can tell.

  • I have a few Nigerian friends at uni, the accent matches. :D

  • This is exactly how things should be run, thank you.

  • 17 minutes, WATCH MY VIDS!

  • Poverty and healthcare are the most daunting challenges we face in the contemporary world. It is empowering for aspiring global leaders like myself to see this kind of groundbreaking work being done against all odds in healthcare. Despite skepticism and all the critics he seems to have created a self sustaining system that cuts through cultural barriers to fulfill an inherent necessity to all, the preservation of life.

  • Thank you for caring for the helpless.

  • 10% of the cost in the States?! WTFOMFG!!! That's great for them, but embarassing for we American'ts... I'm personally embarassed.

Well, the example he used was 1% the price in the states. Wow. Good for them, but why can't we learn from them? Why are we so concentrated on profit?

  • very true. thanks for the insight.

  • Awesome lecture.

  • This is GREAT!!! :))

  • Simply brilliant. North America could apply some of this. Now.

  • I really want to go back home to africa and work in the health care sector once i finish my training... but during my latest trip back home i got the overwhelming sense of despair and hopelessness from all, including doctors, in the the health care system, the government and the potential for radical change. this is what hurt me most. change is vital at the most fundamental levels of mindset to rally the masses for real sustainable change, i think.

  • Well done! So nice to see some people actually have common sense.

  • wow, awesome

  • Great to hear about these developments!
