awesome as always but i think u left out the part when they sing "...yes it is, its true... yes it is..'' right before the line ''I could be happy with you by my side..." its around 0:55 on the track, but i guess we can figure it out, thanks a lot :D sry dont wanna be a smart ass i love your videos, im making a cover of This boy thanks to your tutorials :D
@imcarrying ok lets see.. if u listen to the track at around 0:55 it goes "yes it is, its [true]" (right before ''I could be happy with you by my side...") that 'true' i believe its an E7 and those vocals dont repeat in the whole song. Then the 'yes it is' that follows you are right is identical to the other 'yes it is', the only thing that is different and that is missing on you video is that '' E7 'true' '' :)
Insanely great ! "Yes it is" used to be one of my all-time favorite and I am re-discovering it totally from your tutorial... not to mention your other nice videos.
First of all thanks a lot for your classes on how to sing such a wonderful music.
Do you, by any chance, know who created their vocal harmonies? Ok, John, Paul and George composed the songs, but how did they come across the harmonizing? Was it all george Martin's work?
@chicolofi Both John and especially Paul were very talented and gifted for what concerns creating vocal harmonies thanks to the hundreds of covers they sang in the early years. I am sure most of the ideas originally came out from them. Still I am sure George Martin role has been ESSENTIAL both on correcting some of the guys ideas under the specific music theory point of view and also suggesting some of the vocals here and there. So it was a team job.
Ogni volta che guardo un tuo tutorial rimango a bocca aperta. sei un geniaccio. Se ti va ascoltati la mia cover (il video di risposta) che ho potuto fare grazie al tuo aiuto, e fammi sapere!
Fantastic set of videos! Fascinating. These are wonderfully done. How these songs were constructed was genius and it takes one to deconstruct them this well.
I agree therìs no more music like this I have been thinking a lot about this lately while concentrating on these videos and I had deep thoughts on this. I think I sort out with something.
Really good tutorial, thanks very much, best on YouTube! I don't know how you figure out all the parts by ear, the George parts are usually the hardest... These bids really make you appreciate the intricacies of the beatles's harmonies. Why don't they make songs like these any more, with 2 and 3 part harmonies in the forefront of songs? I was born in 1968, and missed out on a lot of god music.

@LordEizen The "true" is identical to the "remember all". The second "yes it is" is identical to the first one. Enjoy!

Absolutely fascinating. I wonder how they could isolate themselves from the others without cupping their ears like folk singers.
