@killerWith1 I don't read the manga only watch anime.. However if the technique is the same as when Orochimaru did his, then the person wouldn't be their true selves. I don't know if sasuke or kabuto are friends or foes, but if foes kabuto would most likely send itachi to kill sasuke, so sasuke obviously would have to defend himself. However i do not think there would be another itachi vs sasuke battle, itd probably be itachi vs kakashi.
