Your voice is ok la, very nice to hear ^.^ but i think koreaboo is looking for someone with talent like G.NA, which means a girl that is able to sing loud and energetic. Bcos there are 2 ways for a girl to sing 1. soft and high tone (like yours) 2. loud and energetic. Nowadays, alot of company prefer no.2. Not saying that no.1 is not good, actually good, but not so popular =/

You have natural big eyes, which is a plus point. Some korean idols need to do eye surgery to make their eyes bigger ^^' My advice is never give up. If you didnt get this time, try next year or other agency. Cos if you try and try i think hope is big. You're only 16, have alot of time to keep audition ^^ Also you are young, agency may prefer younger ppl ^^/
