I can not comment about Minnesota, afterall they may have weather so predictable you know today what days in the next month will have snow or rain.
Here in Texas, I have never heard of a prediction more than 72hours out that is accurate. They say we will have snow next week, it is 100% likely we won't, and 30% likely we will have 70 degree weather.
This is a parody, Yes? - Snow in middle of April in Minnesota and Thunder Bay. It has always snowed about the mddle of April up there. It's a terrible winter weather zone.
These data outcomes can be predicted from the Farmers Almanac or asking residents what mid April weather is usually like
Weather changes are not anomalies. It rains and snows and doesn't.
