For people asking the thing on her eyebrow is a scar not a mole, she didn't have it when she was in Firefly/Serenity, she got it when a bullet clipped her brow when she was training for TSCC, She is amazingly pretty with or without it, I love her so much <3

Actually its a mole. Yes there was an incedent with summer getting a scar in training for TSCC however when summer was interviews ( still trying to find this video ) summer points out that the scar is not visible anymore where as her mole has been visible all her life you can see it on her previous films/programs.

regardless if its a mole or a scar she is such a naturally beautiful women

Gwydion2000 is wrong, the mark on her eyebrow is a scar, not a mole, as she got it at a shooting range while practicing her shooting technique for the role of Cameron on TSCC. I think something exploded in the gun and caused a burn, which ultimately lead to the scar.

If you see her in anything prior to TSCC you will see the scar is not there.

This was a FOX promotion - she was walking the REd Carpet after this at the American Idol finale along with Thomas Dekker- thus the having professionally applied makeup. Most actors have a stylist and team do their makeup and even pick their clothes for them- this is for a work event so they go in costume- even when it is a casual costume.
