A very big part of Murphy's attractiveness is the the way he speaks; not his accent. I've heard that he had a speech impediment as a child so that's why there are so many pauses, breaths, stutters etc. You can see him thinking not about what or how he's going to say something but just striving for words. He always does this in any long interview even when he's completely relaxed and informal cf. PM interview Parts 1-3 on YT.
