The Official Language of Tunisia is Arabic, Egypt IS Arabic. the same thing goes for it. As 4 Ethiopia some people call it an Arab country and others don't I'm not really sure.

But please remember that Tunisia & Egypt are a part of the Islamic world, and a part of the Arab League ...
