That is a wonder experience to have. You never know where or when you’re going have an encounter with a spirit, but just before it happens I get that feeling of serenity with an extreme sense of Déjà vu. Time seems to slow down or even stop as I have the encounter. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Annie:)
Im from the UK and my best friend is a nurse of some 30 years...She has had similar experiences..... Great narrative thank you I enjoyed listening - book plug or not!
You may think it's a book plug -- it's not -- I related it to my book because the book takes off on the theme of living past death. But this experience, which happened when I was 17 -- is God's honest -- cross my heart hope to die -- story.
@carmenls so what, it doesnt mean its not a true story.. not everyone writes books to tell lies, except for those that write textbooks for public schools
Great story, and told very well. Very believable. What a gift you were given, to witness this event. I agree with you, this old gal's spirit paused for a bit so you could see her transition. What a blessing. Joel in Tucson
i grew up , in afamily, where my grandmother was known all the country over, to be in touch with good spirits/after life, and my father (her son in law) was well known all over to only see bad/evil spirits.
i grew up seeing both, and these stories from other people amaze me, it's great to see , im not alone.
Maybe so, but the point is, our body dies, we live on. I think I was allowed to see that so I would know that. Just because to me, it looked like smoke doesn't mean that's the way we "look." In the movie ghost, in the hospital scene (which was some 30 years later), the guy on the hospital table died, his spirit disappeared in a smoky like substance.
The reason you get goosebumps is because it is A TRUE story. I get goosebumps when I think about it. It scared me so much, I didn't remember it until much later in my life. But the memory of it is as clear as if it were yesterday.
Thanks drummerboy7765 for your comments -- I have another ghost story about my friend, THE DRUMMER -- he's passed on now, maybe I'll share that one next.
Excellent! 😄

I do not watch testimonies by authors because they are simply trying to sell

That was a perfect example. Not the shadows part.
