Why is this still illegal? Any adult that lives in a medical marijuana state can get it anyways by going to the doctor and claiming he has a problem. The only thing legalization would do is raise a shitload of money, and lower usage among kids. Legalization would NOT lead to increased use in states where medical marijuana is currently legal because adults can get it with a medical card anyways. Use among teens would go down because they would have to buy it from and adult rather than a friend.

Marijuana saved a guy i know from suicide. He is now happy and has started his own biz (middle guy for selling classic used car parts, he makes over 6 figures a year now) he smokes it prob 2 times a week. He is not addicted he is very level and does no other drugs. He pays his his taxes and helps those in need. He is not harming anyone. Call it recreational or therapeutic but pot helped him through some hard times.

I do not smoke pot but if someone wants to let them, its time now.

Yeah I do know someone with BiPo who also self-medicated with cannabis and it did help her, but she says it didnt make it go away it helped her face it and control herself is how she put it.
