  • If you gonna blend the PARSLEY in a blender....You really don't need to chop it up first. Also it is sour orange juice.....best is to use the sour orange to rub the meat instead of pouring the juice. In a typical Haitian cooking if one is using lime or lemon, there should be no need to use sour orange....It is one or the other. Then again each person has his or her own way of cooking!

    I SUGGEST YOU TO DRAIN THE MEAT AFTER BROILING IT IN THE MARINADE,THROW THE MARINADE AWAY,DRY THE MEAT STILL WHITE IN KITCHEN TOWELS,AND ADD FRESH VEGETABLE OIL WITH OMEGA 3 TO LET IT FRY IN IT,OTHERWISE YOU CAN GET CHOLESTEROL, HEART ATTACK.

  • after you clean the pork with the vinegar, salt , lemon and bitter orange, do you drain it from the meat or do you leave it and and the marinade
