I have a Logitech X-240 SubWoofer and Speaker computer system. The subwoofer sits on a hardwood floor and I turned the speakers up to about 3/4's full volume capacity. I live in a 2900 square-foot house and from one side of the house to the other, my mom could feel the vibration and "umph" to the SubWoofer...now thats pretty impressive for a house that size and a 50 dollar speaker system.

I'm using 3-way Tuned Bass Port 500 LSB Speakers and Some others ( for the suround effect in my room) and none of them blew up... what did happen whas that my paints came of the wal police at the door, and the lights of the floor below me came down... but still none of the blew up!

Uhm... From what I know about speakers.. It depends on the power handling and ohms of the speaker you are putting the power to.. So my 80w Kenwood shelf speakers did fine with my stereo receiver.. And since my Klipschs are underpowered as it is, no way those are gonna blow.. But good song.. I'm not going to exaggerate and say everything flew off the walls, but damn did I make the floor shake :)
