Any accusation of racisim makes me laugh more than the script itself. It was more of an educational video for those unfortunate enough to be born outside the Glasgow area. I know Chinese, Pakistanis, Indians and Carribeans who have stronger accents than me and are dammed proud to speak in the Glasgow dialect. Stanley Baxter was the most brilliant & creative comic genius to come out of the British Isles, bar none. Easily the greatest female impersonator i ever saw, everything he touched [which very nearly was everything], turned to gold. I would never miss his Xmas specials & i was never ever dissappointed. Even this very early Baxter sketch "Parliamo Glasgow" like a Scottish/English language programme was nothing less than brilliant. Izziafiz Bliddichimp!. Bloody Genius!!!.
