My next project though is finishing cutting the fender to run the snorkel and then onto the Headers with the dual exhausts and re-mounting my winch up front. Then I'll get the locker for the front. I'm swapping the rear end out with one from a Z71, so I can get the LSD. Though I don't like the first gen aluminum front diff, I'm swapping that out with a Bravada iron diff. :D Lots to do and all of it can be done from the junkyard, hahahahaha. ;)
Lol, I've broken this thing so many times, I know these 4.3L's inside and out, and with the electrical problems I've had, I know the wiring as well, haha. 23,186 miles on the rebuilt motor. I plan on keeping the 4.3 and swapping in Heads from the Vortec, to get an extra 52 hp, i'm running shaved heads, drilled out fuel injectors and will be running the Snorkel soon with racing plugs wires and distributor. I'm only pushing 196 hp right now. :( That head swap though will put me around 220-ish. :D
Yes, it's a first Gen. 3 1/2" torsion key replacements up front, full crank, dropped the front diff by fabbing a bracket that is only half an inch, cause I like having my diff above rocks and ruts and not having to worry about it slamming against anything, and also smoothing out the angle of the CV shafts so they don't wear out as quickly, and I dropped the sway bar to get some flex out of the front, and I have 3" shackles in the rear.
That's weird...Looks like you are STILL barely clearing those 33's. I have just a 3 1/2" suspension lift on my S10 pickup and I'm clearing 33's without rub. ;) Doing a 1" body and another 2" Arm lift to run 36's. ;)
sick blazer! but what engine u got in there? did u just leave the v6 vortec?

Really bad. I get about 13 in mine. 6" suspension lift. 33" ZR2
Had a stock LS with 31's that did get 18-19 though, so that wasn't as bad.

You need to do a gear swap so you can spin those tires. Lockers would not hurt either. You will crawl thruogh that shit like it is nothing.
