Earthquake and Stone edge are both 100 base power moves, STAB is 1.5x, super effective is 2x, so Earthquake probably would have killed the Blaziken

Battling with baby teams is an art that isn't for everyone. it requires major stratagy, and almost all baby straagies can easily be screwed over.

The flashing Pokeball at the beginning doesn't always mean the people know each other. Lots of people do it just because. I've run into a lot of Japanese players lately, and many of them do it...probably just to do it.

Sometimes, I do think it's to make a friendly connection with the opponent (like taunting in Brawl or shaking hands).

Anyway, Cranidos is beastly. It's too bad BraveTapion missed at the worst times. That's PBR for you, though. There's a lot of luck involved. Nice battle.

Blaziken would have died from the Earthquake as it is 4x effective and Stone Edge is only 2x effective or normal damage. (Im not sure..)

Actually, Blaziken takes 2x damage from Earthquake and normal damage from Stone Edge. Pokemon that take 4x damage from something would be like a Weavile being hit by a Fighting type move.
