no sorry there are several different versions, google "stop motion pro" and goto their s1te. hd version is over £400 i have educational version wich is £79.99 i think and the only difference is the higher and more expensive versions allow more camera's but all software will allow any webcam at all there is a junior version for about £25 i think

Just green screen the background out, you should be able to do it in a program like Sony Vegas or Combustion. Then change the background to a solid colour and layer some text over the top.

ok to make catinator fly he uses a wire then in animator dv he edits out the wire and it appears that catinator is flying, he uses belgrave clay (only sold in austraila) and he does not use skeletons

yes it was great wasnt it, i think i might know how he does it. he uses animator DV and a digital camera for great quality and works in 30 fps so its smooth and the begining part where its flat then comes up into a guy is just being smashed but he reversed it, you can do this with Ulead Video Studios 11, download the free trial

I have frame averaging turned on (multiple samples that are then mixed to form a clearer image for just 1 frame) and then I simply shake the camera slighty.

Nope, green screening is a technique that you use to replace a background or a colour (usually green or blue) with an image of something else. e.g. new readers are usually behind a blue or green screen but an image is replaced with something like a news headline or a news room. If you want more info search it up on wikipedia because they can explain it better than I can.

The armature is pretty cheap and easy to make ... I can write a tutorial and put it on the forums if you want. Using a good armature makes animation 100x easier.

I made that armature with Kaplunski and because it is strong and flexible it is pretty easy to animate with.

aha! You got me... In Animator DV when exporting there is a feature where you can change how fast the frames are played, you just have to put it into minus to create that effect :)

smart. Whith the movie editor I use, you out the frames on the timeline with a button, but it's simple for me: I just click this button to rearrange the order of the frames so it's backwards, then put the pictures on the timeline. Anyway, you should come in contact with some kind of TV channel thing. you could easily have your own clay animation show.
