  • sorry but this does not impress me!! ur upper body seems strong but u have week legs! what do u squat! this weight ur doing, not to boast but i can rep that for like 40 reps! also u have probably been lifting for a while so u should be on some serious weight for ur size! i've been training 7yrs all natural power lifting style and my body shape is pretty well toned for a power lifter. Bench 190kg, squat 220kg, deadlift, 280kg and leg press for reps is 650kg. oh yeah i'm full pinoy as well!
