the guy next to you is a cunt ruins the whole drive.i went out on a ferrari once just got going and much the same to you he is like shift into 2nd etc at low rpms,i told him i have a 600hp supra that i do drifting in and he was like ok give it some then,truth is fastest car i have driven is a 2.0ltr mondeo :)

god it would really annoy me doing this, the way there is such a long straight and they go 'accelerate, *you get up to about 4000rpm* and then they go 'change up' and your coming to an average corner and they tell you to slow down to a crawling pace to get round it!

@iXhermitXi Well yeah but..it doesnt take much skill to change gear at higher revs or to go more than 20mph round a corner, i can understand them not wanting you to go too far - late breaking, powering through corners, drifting etc but its just too far

Give the instructor his due guys - how you would let a complete stranger drive your £150K car, sure he's a tad annoying but in a Gallardo things happen very quickly.. The cabin is noisy so he has to be heard. He also has to consider that the car has to be used by other paying customers on the same day too - so doesn't want to end up going off track. Compared to the other cars he was doing OK I thought. Good driver nice and smooth - its all happening faster than it looks !!

Same mate, I didnt listen to him at the end, getting you to short shift and break early so u dont really feel the true power of the cars, let only touch the rev limiter. Did a donut pulling into the pits in a gallardo just to say f u to the instructor ha!

Great video, I am considering doing this later in the year. A few stupid comments on here about the instructor I would rather he talked all the time if I was drving, he knows what he is talking about they don't just let you razz around the track however you like.

My Son & I drove a Ferrari on this same circuit the instructors were great and although it's a very short and tight course it was a really enjoyable drive.
