...because the R18 is a closed cockpit and the game is previous than the car. The remaining 3 Audi models are all open cockpits, so this perhaps may be the R15 but this car doesn´t exist in GT5, so there´s only two options : R8, but because it's a gasoline car it can't be, so it as to be an R10, wich by the way is a diesel car !

If GT5 had of done car engine sounds properly and not made cars like the Veyron standard and a Fiat premium it might have been a good game. But it's terrible. You'd think after like 8 years of development they could have done better. :(

@charlesholzy I think GT5 is an awesome game... if you have a wheel. If you're just playing with a pad it probably isn't any better than GT4, or any of the previous games as a matter of fact. But the physics are mostly good, so with a G27 its a lot of fun.

if the cars in this had, manual with clutch, realistic engines sounds ( which GT has never had), Customizable body's/body kits (not over the top though like NFS) I would get it.

On the other hand, if Forza 4 had, Rally, Drag, Drift and Endurance races, Weather, more rim options, no ultimate stopping grass, stupid dirty lap system. it would be much better.

@lazyjames15 Forza currently has Drag, Drift, and Endurances Races.

I wish we had weather and night racing but since our developer wants a solid 60FPS we will have to wait until the next Gen. =\

I agree the stopping grass is extremely gay, Forza 1 and 2 has no stopping grass and used a penalty system instead, I wish we could have it back as an option.

We do need ALOT more rims and Rally would be nice since we have quite a few rally and hill climb cars.

@lazyjames15 Would be awesome if we Forza guys had some F1 cars but currently this would mess up the Forza PI system (Performance Index System). We have Le Mans prototypes rated the highest on the scale and adding F1 would push the PI rating down for our LMPs and they would be rated too close to the LMP2 and DTM cars etc. I'm not sure if the Forza engine is programmed to work with open wheeled vehicles yet either, we currently have no Caterham or Donkervoort etc.

@lazyjames15 I'm hoping our developers go back to the Forza 1 and 2 roots when they are developing Forza 5, more realism and options like PROPER pitstops, qualifying laps etc.

Autovista was a gigantic waste, sure it was cool and entertaining but it was rather shallow and after the first time you didn't care about it anymore. I'm hoping we get some awesome DLC at least, we should be getting the 787B soon and if all goes well perhaps Porsche.

If Forza 5 is a sellout I'll jump to GT.

Gt5 is the most realistic driving game I have ever seen and played. It looks shit because the recorder is shit. This is probes sd. Even so this is a bullshitter. The sound is pretty accurate actually. Keep in mind that the Audi R10 TDI is a "Turbo Diesel" V12 engine This is actually a little louder than it should be.

GT5 is and has always has been the Driving simulator of choice for anyone and everyone as the dynamics which has been put in place are the best out there reguardless of console.

Forza is a good game i cannot deny that but considering that if you were to ask any real racing driver which one they think to be the most realistic game (bar any drivers who have endorsed either game) the Grand Tourismo franchise always comes out tops...

I don't know which interior view I prefer, F4's or GT5's.

Forza seems way sharper and the shadows work properly.

BUT

Gran Turismo 5's seems to be in a better seating position and the overall colours from the environment and cockpit look far more natural.
