made me laugh xD btw i believe it does work just got one in today put it together and literally just tried it like 20 mins ago, its not easy and its not magical it makes you work your body and you do burn and you can feel it even in my arms alittle bit but don't think its easy and magically fast it will take about 6weeks to get in shape and what not just like with any other routine it does take an average of 6 weeks for someone to get into shape 2 weeks to get out of shape
