  • I hope this asshole lost his badge

  • yeah he never says he is arresting him. he actually agrees with the man when he asks to check out the sign. I quote, "we're gonna go look for that sign first." "first you are going to sign this." "No I'm not.' "ok, step out of the car." not ok you are under arrest, or step out and put your hands behind your back, instead he was unclear and quick to draw his taser.

  • That taser shot cost the officers department 40 grand, paid to the driver, so the driver wasn't the only person learning something here.

  • if people like this are cops... think about and read 1984 ..

  • This officer needs an execution.

  • @TheDeistAngle An execution? I agree with you that the citizen was way out of line and deserved to be taken into custody with necessary force, but to suggest that the officer should have used execution on the citizen -- I disagree.

  • @FoxeoGames

I'm using hyperbole to express the ridiculous nature of the scene.

  • @TheDeistAngle You didn't notice that I switched it around on you. You were criticizing the officer and wanted him executed, I responded to your statement as if you said the opposite (the citizen should be executed).

Regardless of the comment games, the officer was 100% in the right and the asshole driver learned that you don't laugh in the face of the law and then turn your back. BZZZZZ!! And he hits the floor :)

  • how does his wife being pregnant make him an exception to the law??

  • @AmHiProductions same thing I was wondering

  • Please tell me someone fucking killed this piece of shit cop

  • When a person receives a ticket, they are under arrest for the violation they have been cited for. Signing a ticket means that you are released on a signature bond rather than having to post bond to get out of jail. Refusing to sign means that you do not promise to appear in court and therefore, you have to post a monetary bond to appear in court. If you refuse to submit to the physical arrest, then you get what this guy got. It's still safer for both parties than going hands on and fighting

  • @knoxbluff Holy shit, intelligence on YouTube -- right here people's! This guy is speaking legal truth with clarity.

Too bad most users are too busy having emotional gut reactions to use their brains for anything other than rude and condescending comments.

  • cops are suck pussys

  • This is a great example of proper police procedure. While most YouTubers are worthless pieces of shit that embody the worst of humanity, spouting off their prejudicial hatred of racial groups and cops, this cop did a great job.

The violator refused a repeated lawful order, and was treated appropriately. The trooper knew it was going to be on video, not like it was some secret act in a "desolate stretch of highway." It's on a friggin video mounted to his patrol car that he knows exists!

  • What a cirkus!!!

  • sounds like he was arguing, bloody idiot just take the ticket and argue your innocence in court. . . . avoids getting your ass kicked.

  • Never argue with a woman. They're retarded.

  • The cop asked him to get out...for what? What did the cop want besides discussing how fast he was going and where the sign was posted

  • @NINJAX2X2X In Pennsylvania v Mimms and Maryland v Wilson, the Supreme Court ruled that a law enforcement officer has control over the movement of the driver and passengers, to order them to stay in the vehicle or to order them to exit the vehicle. It was 100% within the trooper's power to order the driver out of the vehicle.

While all of these YouTubers who know nothing about law enforcement procedure and procedural case law will judge this officer based on that ignorance, I know he was right

  • @FoxeoGames im asking WHY he would call him out of the car...not if he could or not

  • @NINJAX2X2X I'm sorry, but I don't believe you were simply asking a question of "why." You used an "Accusatory Question," which is a criticism disguised as a question.

Why did he order the driver out of the vehicle? Well, firstly, it doesn't matter why -- the Supreme Court didn't consider it important to ask why.

However, there are a variety of reasons: separate individuals, remove him from potential weapons in the car, or to secure him in the back of his vehicle for the stop.

  • He refused to sign the ticket. He goes to jail period! He refused to obey the cops lawful command and started back toward the truck. For a gun? You don't know. And neither did the cop. Fuck you self righteous entitled pricks who hate the very people risking their lives to protect and serve!

  • coward !!... THIS KIND THAT MUST BE AFRAID OF THE BAD MEN and that elevates self-esteem when attacking a good citizen

  • Looked legit to me

  • This officer is clearly abusing his powers and deserves to lose his job its a fucken shame people get treated this way my god in front of his wife!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @kaywan15 What the hell does it matter who is watching?

"Oh, this guy refuses to obey lawful orders, should I enforce the law? Oh, no I can't a pregnant woman is watching. I better let him just do whatever he wants and let the violator break the law with impunity."

Seriously, YouTubers embody the absolute pinnacle of stupidity, ignorance, prejudice, hatred, and arrogance. Judgmental bastards who know nothing police procedural case law. Pennsylvania v Mimms. Google it, learn something

  • obey me! i am a nazi pig.... obey me

  • Sorry, but the driver is a bald-faced idiot. You argue vehemently in court, not on the side of the road. He got belligerent with the police officer and ignored his instructions by going back to the car. I don't know what the signing rules are, but the guy could have simply cooperated, taken the ticket, appeared in court, had the charges dropped, and everyone would have been happy. Instead, he wanted to be belligerent.

  • ILLEGAL SEARCH OF THE VEHICLE!

NEVER get out of your vehicle! Learn your RIGHTS. The cop kindly asked him "to hop out of the vehicle". Don't do it! Don't fall for it!

I served in the U.S. Army and took an OATH to PROTECT and SERVE the CONSTITUTION OF the United States of America.

This is NOT protecting or serving.

This cop has become an illegal PIRATE where is job is to collect REVENUE for his government masters.

Please go to FlexYourRights. com to LEARN YOUR RIGHTS.

  • A little trigger happy eh? :) lol

  • The officer yelled at me through the widow, opened the passenger door with her taser pointed at me and spat: "YOU'RE ABOUT TO GET TASED! I SAID JUST ROLL UP THE WINDOW AND STEP OUT THE CAR... NOT TURN IT OFF. GET OUT! GET OUT!"

I obeyed all she requested of me and I was able to have someone come pick up me and my Jeep. Then that day I took care of the outstanding warrant (by paying the ticket).

. I was shaken. I was threatened of being tased because I was going to turn off my vehicle. really?1?

  • I was puller over about a month ago and talked calmly with the officer. I had forgotten about a ticket I had. I had a warrant out. The officer told me to: "roll up the passenger window (which she was talking to me through) and step out to behind the vehicle." I rolled up the window and went to turn off the ignition (a force of habit).

  • The man just wanted the officer to respect basic American values. To know why he was being pulled over. What was the reason and cause. This is not an isolated incident.

  • "You can't arrest me until you read me my rights!" Haaaa... watch me. Why does every moron with a pair of handcuffs on, suddenly think they are an attorney? I think the officer was justified, and I am glad he didn't have to get into a physical fight to arrest this idiot. Tazers are awesome.

  • @911ambulancegirl dumb ass nazi bitch!!!!!

  • I reckon he deserved something... But nit that for sure

  • The man was awarded $40,000 plus lawyer fees after a law suit. Not bad at all. But I am still wondering if the cop was reprimanded for his unprofessional and stupid conduct..

  • this is totally fake

  • Is this better than TSA?

  • Sign or not sign, his stupid ass should have signed period !! He got Tasered and end of case, it is not the time and place to have an open discussion about posted signs ect. The driver decided to run the show out there, that wont happen at all. That lone officer is the law, if fucking pathetic anti cop liberals dont like it, tough shit!

  • he got what he deserved he acted like a dumbass and got tased

  • Pulled over for speeding. Issued citation, at that point driver has two choices, sign or be arrested. Driver was told, turn around and put your hands behind your back. Driver refused. Officer said it again. Driver walked away (resisted arrest). All of a sudden, it's the cop who was wrong? Get real.

  • THAT'S NOT ABUSING HIS POWERS!!! THAT GUY IS AN IDIOT!!

  • what a dic for an officer, waaayyyyyy over the top, hope this one gets fired

  • fuckin that cunt!!! you know what........

  • @46reno From the very beginning of the video you saw the cop was coming with a bad attitude. Anytime a cop has pulled me over, even on a routine stop, they are polite. this cop was clearly doing it to make himself feel better. these are the kinds of cops that give the rest a bad rep. anyone can see that the cop had no right to do that. also he didnt even know the procedures. this shows either a rookie who just got a patrol car, or a definite DICK.

  • none of above the law unless the cop can be messed up so you can sue his department for million of dollars and his job loss his life.

  • chick should have blown his head off

  • I guess none of you Libertards saw the weapon he had in his waste and kept his hand next to it. The police officer was fully justified to taser this punk.

  • @homeradam you are 10 kinds of dog shit stupid. that is a CELL PHONE CASE.

  • Read the law, he is required to sign the ticket (whether agreed or not) & obey what an officer tells hime. The officer instructed him to put his hands behind his back, he didn't, & started to walk back to his vehicle. The officer clearly explained why he stopped the gentleman & the violation, the sign was very clear in the video. For those of you that want to know, the law is very clear that the only time that Miranda is required is for someone that is under arrest and under interrogation.

  • @tackleberry715

The cop is a pussy, not to mention a cunt. He never was read his rights so the whole thing should be null and void. Give a little faggot a badge and it goes to their head.

  • @tackleberry715 You must be a cop or the cop in the video ... the guy was not resisting arrest nor running for the police, the cop asserted unnecessary force... he has a wife and kid in car, what is he going to run from the police ? the cop was abusing his power and at end of video even lied to the other officer saying that he told him he was going to taze him if he didnt turn around, which he gave no warning he just busted it out and shot him.... thank god he didnt use a gun

  • Wellcome to America......

  • The driver was an idiot, the cop gave a lawful order and the guy walked away. Who knows what he would have done once he got back to his car...get a gun and shoot the cop. Not to mention that the driver's attitude showed nothing but a holier-than-thou attitude.

  • @edsgoldens1 yeah cop totally in the right, dumbasssssssss driver, failing to comply with simple instructions, guy could have peacefully resolved the situation

  • Follow the instructions, don't get tased. Some people just lack common sense and respect for authority. There are countless cases of unlawful, excessive police brutality; this is not one of them.

  • This cop is fucking LITTLE BITCH. FUCK YOU FUCKING BITCH. I HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL FOREVER YOU LITTLE FUCKING BITCH FUCK YOU <----- aaah freedom of speech

  • In my opinion the officer was totally right. The guy did't follow any word of the instructions. So what ?!

  • The officer was just a little bit exited that's all...5:03

  • Cop was right

  • What a jackass....all he had to sign the ticket ...then fight it in court

  • Refusing to sign a ticket is cause for immediate arrest. Refusing to cooperate with an arresting officer is resisting arrest.

  • @dantesinfernal0 where in the law of any state is Refusing to sign a ticket is cause for immediate arrest ??? Show me the law, cause in no free country, whether in Europe or America, refusing to sign a speeding ticket is illegal...

  • @kjin7 It's not against the law, per se. However, when you are given a ticket you are accused of a crime, and it requires a bond like more serious crimes. That's what your signature is for: you are agreeing to fulfill your legal obligations and you are released on your own recognizance. It is your bond.

By refusing to sign it, you are refusing to post bond and they HAVE to hold you. That's standard court process.

  • PULL THE WIRES OF THE TASER YOU FUCKING RETARD

  • i dont think the police officer over reacted at all.

  • This is completely fake. There's no time/date stamp on the dashcam, the driver started pulling over before the cop turned on the sirens (I didn't even hear sirens I'm just guessing that thing over the radio was supposed to be loudspeakers or something), he just happened to "taser" the guy while he was between the driver and the camera, there were no wires protruding from the taser while he was telling the guy to roll over and get....AND THE ACTING IS JUST AWFUL!

  • @ABrant1 this is real the man sues the police officer for $250,000 and won the cop has been fired and i hope u have fun trolling other videos bitch

  • @sharty1994 Then why did he pull over when the cop didn't even have a siren on? When's the last time you pulled over for a cop when he was just driving behind you? And why did the taser look unfired when the cop tucked it back in its holster? It's fake. And all the follow-up information is fake too.

  • This little prick should try policing a real city. He would get shot up in seconds for that type of behavior

  • of course they protect their own, they're fucking terrorists.

look at how they treat decent, tax paying, American families out on the highway.

did anyone expect a different outcome?

you can act at the ballot box, make your voice heard and vote with your wallet, don't spend in/on Utah!

  • a lone cop, on a desolate stretch of highway abusing his powers, and he searches the vehicle, why do people put up with it? why?

these fucking scum don't generate any revenue, they are overpaid and underqualified, they don't respect the people that pay their salaries and then they sponge off the same people when they get their free pensions and benefits.

I have to believe most cops nowadays have mental deficiencies and severe character flaws, That's why they're cops.

  • @oneraggedhole "Free pensions and benefits?" What? Free? Since when is a benefit or pension earned from WORKING considered free?

You're a fucking idiot. Google Pennsylvania v Mimms, and learn something about law enforcement procedural case law. You fucking moron.

  • @oneraggedhole i totally agree the majority of them are knobs but there are a couple of them that do their job properly and they get a bad name because of cops like this knob.

  • I like how serene the cop becomes after tazing an innocent person. He knows he'll be able to get it up at the men's bathhouse tonight.

  • do i feel the cop was out of line at first no...the guy was not listening which makes him a threat. however as it progesses the cop gets out of line...should he have been pulled over in the first place no. the cop was def using too much power.

  • GOOD POST BRO

  • do i feel the cop was out of line at first no...the guy was not listening which makes him a threat. however as it progesses the cop gets out of line...should he have been pulled over in the first place no.

  • is there no one who can help people out of this stupid cops? this is not movie to expect some batman or super man to come. I am one of the guy like the above one. i got a speeding ticket without speeding. i requested him and told sir all are moving in the same speed then y you stopped me? he is very eager for giving ticket. i paid the money becoz i don't know how to defend myself. I am poor to appoint lawyer.

  • NWO... New World Order lol

  • oh well, another day in America. I used to love my country.

  • any1 know what happens to the cop?

  • Fuck the police nuff said

  • As I see it both were in the wrong.

  • If i was that lady, i would of driven in reverse until the car hits that stupid cop.

  • the cop wanted to bang that man's wife

  • what is this man's name ?

  • Fuc* his instructions! I hope this guy sued the shit out of them!

  • @jefferson17399 he did he got $40.000 for it

  • pig

  • Yup. This cop is definitely an asshole. There is no place that states if you refuse to sign a ticket you go to jail. He is a dick and he knows it. and over 2 million viewers no it also. Good job dick.

  • @sidesjeremy yes you do. its not an admission of guilt its saying youll show up in court. and yes he will take you to jail

  • Thats so USA ... the country of freedom ... tzz everyone knows that europe is the best -.-

  • @Sterndu2 I'm from there originally. It's really not that much better.

  • @Cainus44 I live in Germany and belive me the police and the law's are better ... USA haves the most people in jail of the hole world (1,3 million) ....

  • @Sterndu2 Germany's actually civilized though. The UK, Poland, Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal are pretty fucked up in how they handle criminals. Germany holds the EU together, so it's only natural they'd be better.

  • @Cainus44 How is the UK 'fucked up' in how they handle criminals? "Germany holds the EU together" - made me laugh.

  • @thewizardofrhythm If you have to ask, you're full of shit. Beating peaceful protesters isn't exactly a good way of handling things, now is it? How about shooting them at point blank with a military column? And yeah, Germany financially holds the EU together. Who's bailing out every nation in the EU? Where does the EU's money come from? The UK sure as shit ain't sharing, and France has too many problems. Germany is Europe's economic stronghold.

  • @Cainus44 Pfft. "Where does the EU's money come from?" - I'm sorry, but do you SERIOUSLY think that no other nation in the EU contributes any money other than Germany? It's obvious you need a little education on how the EU works. So, member countries ALL have to contribute a set amount of cash annually, there's some leeway, but not much, it's a condition of their membership. This money goes into the central funds, whereupon it is spent in accordance with the EUs needs; critically, bailout funds.

  • @thewizardofrhythm Germany contributes the most money to the EU and is largely responsible for it not economically collapsing yet. Also, UK cops doing what they love to do. watch?v=0htpzId4s2g

    watch?v=-us-xRqJkug&feature=relmfu

    watch?v=q_KfsQbFibU&feature=related

  • @thewizardofrhythm As for a military column firing on peaceful protesters. Two words: Bloody Sunday.

  • @thewizardofrhythm And finally, do you think the EU would be anywhere without Germany? Almost all of the EU's funds come from Germany, not from anyone else. Germany carries the burden of the debt of the EU's member states, and without them, the Eurozone is fucked, just like the sheep in your basement, New Zealander.

  • @Cainus44 Your argument might work if anything you are saying is true. Germany pays around the same amount as every other member state in the EU, I'm repeating myself here, but it just doesn't seem to get home. This is a well known fact, all member states with few exceptions pay the same amount into EU funds. Fact. As for debt, no, Germany carries the burden of its debt, not anybody else's, the only burden it has to carry is paying into EU debt relief funds - where it pays the same as everyone.

  • @Cainus44 Plus, I'm not sure where you're getting this idea I live in New Zealand from, as much as I'd love too.

  • @Cainus44 With regards to the UK's "beating" of innocent protesters, would you direct me to the footage, articles + photos of this? I've got the awful feeling that widespread beatings in a democracy would give the press a field day, so fire away. I don't usually do this internet sparring, it's a little tiresome, but you're just one of those people that simply don't know what they're talking about, so I think you should reconsider your viewpoint and base it on evidence instead of wild rumour.

  • @Cainus44 Plus, show me the evidence of shooting protesters point blank with a "military column". Are you sure you're not thinking of Syria? That would be embarrasing.

  • @thewizardofrhythm Face it, if it weren't for Germany, the Eurozone would have gone the way of Greece, and everyone knows it. Stick to Pacific politics, sheepfucker.

  • SInce when is not signing a ticket a crime? This cop is insane... there was nothing at all threatening about this man's behavior. Where does the constitution say I need to obey the police.... looks like Germany?

  • @jimcharlespe Actually German cops have a much better reputation than this.

  • cop is on drugs

  • People who think the person should get tased in this situation. Your retarded. That was excessive. There was no need to use that lvl of force immediately. He told the man he was under arrest because he did not comply. I do agree he should have fought it latar. But the police officer did not have to do what he did either.

  • WTF? What did the asshole shoot?

  • Cop is an absolute asshole. period

  • THIS IS WHAT A POLICE STATE LOOKS LIKE!!! We have public servants, not an SS!

  • what an asshat

  • I respect cops but fuck this pig! He's got to be fucked over on that one

  • Beaner cop can't read him his rights. ... a cousin of Manuel Ramos.

  • Filthy pig

  • Retard. He Has A Spot In Hell Reserved just for him.

  • cops need more training

  • cunnt faggot

  • It doesn't even matter if he had the right or not, hes a fucking asshole.

  • He had no right to stun this man! He simply denied to sign a document which is his right. Officer didn't have the right to arrest him for not wanting to sign documents. But at least he got $40k.

  • @mamacornettesmoney You don't have the right to tase someone only because he refuses to sign papers! What will be next? Shooting people in the leg over a speeding ticket?
