The europeans made it to give POWs good treating.

That's y many POWs of the battle of the bulge was still alive because of that rule.!

But the Japs were not under the G.Convention back then.

Ha ha. In the game, your units don't automatically shoot the medics...HOWEVER, you CAN target them and have them shoot them.

Of course you feel dirty doing it, but at the same time if the medics collect enough casualties over time, then your opponent gets a free unit...so sometimes you have to do it.

I personally like the blitzkrieg mod more, many of the same units, but Budge has far more variedy when it comes to infantry, but the all snow theme is a turn down sadly. Blitzkrieg ads more tech tree stuff, including all heavy tanks have many special abilities, Budge does have one vehicle I can name off the bat that I know Blitzkrieg doesn't... some variant of the Tiger series, a rocket launcing assault gun which name is lost in my mind somewhere.

Yes they are both good mods. But personally I like BotB a bit more because of the capture style that the current version uses where its based on the amount of men in the sector, not points.

And the vehicles that you were thinking of were the Sturmtiger (the tiger with the mortar/rocket turrent) and the panzerwerfer (halftracks with the nebel rickets on the bak which were more effective and deadly in the war than the stukas
