  • if my cat didnt like well...he will just run away or just beat the hell out of me...

evan if i wanted to i cant abuse my cat...he will eat me alive!@#@!@

  • lol cute plus funny is this cat

  • This is abuse. I would totally rather a cat living in squallor, with matted hair, covered in skin conditions for it's entire life, than it suffer 3 minutes of meowing every few months.. *sarcasm

  • Comment removed

  • It's absolutely NOT abuse. For those of you saying cats don't need baths, you are dumb. Cats can clean themselves to an extent, but have you ever had a sick cat? Do you know if this bath was medicated for skin issues? We see cats on a DAILY basis that are covered in piss and shit, and stink to high hell because they either cannot clean themselves, or have grown apathetic. You know NOTHING about this cat. You are harming your cat more than you think you are by letting them do whatever they want.

  • i agree, i'd say its kind of torture if the bath is not needed but my cat sometimes, rarely, hopefully, needed one cause he was covered of stuff that was dangerous to lick, and by the way he didnt want to lick the stuff.

  • Help! Help! 0:27

  • that was soooo cute ot sounded like he was saying no . this is the cutest video ever !!!!!!!!!!!

  • to NOT clean your cat is cat abuse

  • @The8Animals8 they clean them selves, is it so hard to understand ?

  • @Sisgaard then what if your cat fell into your toilet, would you just sit there and watch your cat licking your bacteria?? people just care a little more about their animals, "smartass"!

  • @Sisgaard My cat got completely covered in dirt, to the point her fur was hardly black anymore. I'm not going to let her lick and injest all that dirt and whatever bugs she may have in her coat. I'm a good owner who tries to prevent her cat from getting sick. What abuse now? Letting the animal get sick or taking the 5 minutes to give her a bath?

  • @Chancechan ok, try reading again, did i ever write anything about abuse ???? No! not at all ok, next time read..

  • Washin him like a dirty slave nigger

  • sounds like he's saying no no no it's so cute

  • WAIT!! LOOK AT 0:28 !!! LOOK AT HIS LEFT PAW!! DO YOU SEE BLUE AROUND THAT PAW? NO!!! HE. ISN'T. TIED. PLEASE THUMBS UP THIS SO PEOPLE WILL SEE IT WHEN THEY FIRST OPEN THE VID!!

  • HEY! This isn't torture. I do agree, cats CAN bathe themselves. I'm all for animal rights, but I remember one time I had to bathe my two cats because they had dried spaghetti on them. I let it go, but after about 3 days, I decided to wash them because they STILL hadn't got it out of their fur. Look, It's not abuse. The cat is not in pain, just uncomfortable. He isn't tied. Plus, It looks like a shelter so they probably know what they're doing. And, Js, Water doesn't cause cats pain... O.o :)

  • I FINALLY FIGURED OUT WHAT MEOW MEANS!!!... stop (: lol

  • So there are times when you have to wash a cat and I can not see anyone washing one for entertainment. Claws and teeth hurt.

  • Unless the cat had a dangerous solution upon its coat, there really is no need to bath your cat. They're very clean animals anyway. No, it's not abusive to the animal, but it is still a seriously stressful situation for them. Would you bath an old cat with a heart condition? I think not. I think people are too quick to throw their cat in a tub of water these days.

  • This is why I can't give my cat a bath. I feel way too awful, so I just wipe him down with some soap and water.

  • god the cat dont want the dam water

  • awwww poor baby... lol

  • is he saying browne

  • is it me or is that cat saying my name!!!! cat*kayla kayla kayla*!

  • I tried giving my cat a bath. I was being gentle and she was being cooperative until I reached for the shampoo. She more or less just clung onto my sweater and climbed onto my back and stayed there getting me wet. I was leaning against the tub and she sat on my back and we both agreed that it was enough. I at least rinsed out all the dirt that she had collected on her fur when she went under my dad's dresser. Couldn't get it all by just combing.

  • You idiots, there ARE reasons to give a cat a bath. If it's a stray, it could have all sorts of bugs (fleas, lice, etc) that require special shampoo to kill them and their eggs. Or say they decide it would be great to chase a chipmunk through a muddy backyard. Perhaps they try to play with some dangle-y object and end up knocking over something on themselves that could be poisonous if they lick it. Cats tongues are not the "cure-all" for everything that can get them dirty. Think before typing.

  • @MrMario22701 Flag...

  • HORROR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hug meeeeeeeeeee!!!!!

  • no no no no no no no no no no no

  • Que gente estupida, a los gatos no se los bañan, se bañan por si solos -.- DIOS QUE BRONCA

  • its not necessary to bath a cat .. their tongues are specially made for cleaning their own fur. a cat cleans its fur dail für 3,5 hours! A bath is not only a waste.. it desturbs the sebum production of the cats skin.

a bath for a cat is rarely really necessary.

the cat screams in a sound that obviously says panic and that not any kind of fun.

  • the cat sounds like a baby!!! It is so cute!!! :)

  • Its not a Baby you fuckin thick bitch its a CAT. I have enjoyed the company of cats all my life .This is the first time i've seen anyone restrain a cat to clean it.This IS abuse you foolish thick twat.Leave the poor bastard alone and you'll see it clean itself.Whats wrong with you ? Can't have children or something ? mmmmm ?

  • theres this kind of "abuse"

and there is the kind of abuse where owners starve, hit and burn there cats.

SHUT THE FUCK UP about abuse you damn devoted peta lovers.

  • that's the exact same meowing my cat makes when I take her to get her shots, guess I'd better stop doing that because it's clearly abuse.

  • @ Clouddecim

Cats have furr, not clothes! .3.

  • Someone is not amused... but this needs to be done sometimes.

  • You people need to calm down. Have you never given your cat a bath? This isn't abuse. Cats need to be cleaned, they don't like water so they meow. End of story. Gosh -_____-

  • @SkyBlueNoodles though cats clean them self almost 80% of a day

  • @Sisgaard with their disgusting tong

  • @Sisgaard Sometimes a cat's tongue alone isn't enough. Sometimes cats get themselves really messy. (Rolling around in dirt, messing around with powders such as flour and what now, ect) No, cats don't need baths all of the time, but if they get really dirty then their owners will need to wash them.

  • @SkyBlueNoodles all those cats i have had always was clean, never been washed. and they were outdoor cats ..

  • @Sisgaard I have indoor and outdoor cats. the outdoor cats I have never had to wash, but indoor cats can sometime get greasy nasty fur in the colder months so i have had to wash them. If you look on the side at the end you can see crates so my guess is this is a shelter. Cats entering shelters need to be washed so that any fleas, mites, or other things that might be on them do not spread to the other cats.

  • @Sisgaard ...Okay. Your cats were outdoors cats and never had to be cleaned. I see. Well, maybe you have some special kind of magic cat because, when i used to have outdoor cats, everyday, after they play outside, they'd come home looking like they rolled around in dirt (Which they probably did) and i'd always have to clean them myself because they wouldn't completely do it on their own.

  • @SkyBlueNoodles maybe your cats isnt that smart rolling around in dirt.

  • @Sisgaard Just because my cat rolls around in dirt, doesn't make him/her not smart. You must not know much about cats. There are many reasons why a cat may roll around on the ground; They may like the way it feels in their fur, they may be in heat and when they're in heat, they roll around a lot (My cat's case) and for many other reasons, cats may roll around. Please, get your facts straight before trying to argue your point.

  • @SkyBlueNoodles cats clean them selves

  • @shooter2224 -______________________________-

Sometimes, cats get really dirty (As i said in an earlier comment) and they can't clean themselves on their own. And even if they don't get dirty to where you can physically see it, cat's tongues don't have scents on/in them, sure, from what you can physically see, they're clean, but what about smell? And that's wear bathing from the owner comes in.

  • @SkyBlueNoodles just cause u write long phrases dont mean ur right..

  • Comment removed

  • @shooter2224 thats right, but skyblue dosnt understand it

  • You idiot! Have you ever noticed that cats don't smell of anything? I've got a cat and she often goes outsice in the garden and in the park and even if she gets dirty she cleans by licking her fur....you are too influenced by society....just look at nature....they don't need to be washed...dogs do, because they can't lick themselves but cats and other felines don't....so leave them in peace Gosh!

  • @yukarishingame You are absolutely incorrect. I bet you are unaware that after a short time, cat owners don't even smell the cats' own urine in their own home. Cats in nature are dirty and have ticks, even more have fleas. How would you like to be covered in bugs that bite you every day and suck your blood? Stop being so ignorant. You have to get shots and do things you don't like for your health. Same goes for your cat; at least, if you care for it.

  • Бедный кот..... т_т

  • FLAGGED FOR CHILD ABUSE AND NAKED FOOTAGE!!!!!!11111

  • If in our next election the candidates for presidency do not address the issue of cats being abused by being made to take baths, I'm moving to Canada... except unlike all the other people who say that, I REALLY REALLY mean it.

(I'm actually considering moving, but only because Moosehead Lager is more common up there.)

  • I did look at what the aspca says. And you know what? It says sometimes you may have to bathe your cat! It also gives instructions for doing so!

I don't understand commentors who call bathing a cat abusive... -__- Really? Just because they don't like it and find it a bit unpleasant doesn't mean it's abusive. As long as you take steps to help minimize the stress it causes the cat, it's fine. The cat isn't "screaming" in terror. It's complaining some, but you know what? It's not being hurt.

  • lol

  • you stupid silly cow..

    .thats not funny you ..torment

  • my cat right there, xcept with higher piched meows and more scrambling to get out

  • You people are so stupid. All the craziness that is going on in the world today and you're having idiotic debates about washing pet cats and how "abusive" it is to get them clean. I guess if my child hates baths and I force him to take one then that would be abusive too. GET A LIFE LOSERS

  • Trick is to clean them up as fast as possible.

  • SHUT UP!

  • Lmao its like hes getting whipped!

  • Hahaha!

  • poor kitty! cute lil' face! u know she luv'd that bath!!

  • @bjbear5103 i wish i could give my cat a bath. but noooooo.. LOL

  • everyone should google ASPCA and what they have to say on the subject of bathing cats!!

  • @zwergie4444 Thank you! You just ended your side of the debate with an overwhelming FAIL! It says you WILL occasionally need to bathe your cat.(so much for cats don't need one) The method used here is a little more agressive than they suggest, but they cater to obsessive freaks like yourself and have to carefully word everything.

  • its not abuse thats what you do if it has fleas retards

  • its saying "Nooo!!!"

  • He's saying "help"! :0P

  • you shouldn't have a neck collar on a cat, their necks break alot easier than dogs

  • damn PETA is so sensitive.... its abuse to NOT bath your cat

  • Is it just me or does the cat sound like its saying help?

  • @LoveThatMusicBaby What if decides to knock over a glass of fruit punch and gets all sticky? She'll get matted fur. When she escapes through the front door and gets attacked by fleas. Hello expensive medication. Cats just don't like water. Humans usually scream and cry when they take their first bath, but get used to it because baths become regular. You don't need to bath a cat regularly so they never really get used to it. They do need baths, just not as often as humans or dogs.

  • @LoveThatMusicBaby your cat ever get fleas? you dont bathe them as often as dogs but cats DO need baths. a bath isnt abuse unless the water is extremely hot or extremely cold. also im not a cunt for not wantin a cat covered in mud or fleas runnin around my house all willy nilly

  • @LoveThatMusicBaby blahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblah. take your shit somewhere else. my cat doesnt mind a bath. he just doesnt enjoy getting cold after.

i've also had cats my entire life. if trained to bathe since a kitten they learn to accept it and have almost no problem with it. now please. stfu.

  • he has a bowtie mustache xD

  • For English people: Tha'ts not funny!!!

  • cats dont need baths cuz they clean itself with the tongue, its true cat bathing is like abuse....this bath is only for your own fun nothing else! Sad you never notice that your cat was in high stress....! When i know a cat hates it i dont do it.

  • giving cats a bath isnt animal abuse true, but with how she has him, tied up to something in the vathtub, i have to say you arent supposed to do that to a cat.

  • @MSUNICORNLUVA If you actually look at the stuff around in the video you would see that this is a vets office of some sort and i dont think the vets wanted to be scratched up if the cat decided to "attack". So i dont think they would harm the cat it probably didnt get baths alot so it was just scared but the bath was probably needed for its health, when a kid goes to get a shot there scared and they say they dont want it so thats basically how the cat was feeling.

  • haha why do cats hate baths so much? its like ww3 when i have to bathe mine..

  • @EmStAz Cause they're pussies. Get it?

  • oooohhhhhhhhhh he looks pissed

  • 1:01 oh damn tall cat o_o

  • I have a sphynx and I bathe him 4 times a week. Its perfectly ok.

  • he is cute :3

  • LOl the second last meow is "nooooo" and the last meow is "help" :p

  • he is saying " nooo, nooooooo, noooooo" lmao

  • Sounds like Shadow when we give him a bath. Gorgeous cat, by the way

  • There is nothing wrong with bathing your cats. It is not bad for them it’s just basic care I bathe my 3 cats at least twice a year. During the start of spring and summer to help maintain during times of excessive shedding due to warming weather.

  • aww poor cat

  • @scorpion20112 excuse me, but wtf, lol? XD it's not that the cat is being abused... Cats and dogs actually need to take a bath sometimes. It's like it would be abuse to lubricate oil/skin ointment at naked cats and dogs during summer.

  • bullys hes cute

  • hes crying maenes

  • i er fucking onde ved den :(

  • u suck poor kitty go to hell report her

  • @scorpion20112 Yes. She should take a bath.

  • @AvannTethialla hahaha, your comment is so awesome.

you made me laugh so hard.

  • Comment removed

  • he is screaming.. NOOOOO, NOOOOO

  • LOL

My cat held on to the shower curtain!!!

  • poor kitty is tied up

  • what a sexy cat lol, so cute

  • "Its a mad house... A MAD HOUSE!!!"

  • Well, thats a wet pussy

  • Apparently if you do something to a cat and it doesn't like it, it's considered abuse. You people are stupid.

  • are you guys serious? i cat taking a bath is abuse???? ... well i abuse the hell out of my 2 cats and dog ... yes sir i abuse them once a week.

  • @mzcaramel9699 You bathe your animals once a week? That actually seems VERY excessive. There is no way in hell all three of your animals need to be bathed every week!

  • @mzcaramel9699 i agree though it would be cruel if u were only doing it for a vid or something like that

  • @mzcaramel9699 well i guess it's ok for dogs, but cats are able to clean themselfes completely. Also i think it's rather bad for their skin or something...

  • @ThePatridiot wrong

  • @mzcaramel9699 I was abused as a child! D: I was made to take baths too! D:

  • @ViolentKisses87 oh seriously no jokes i hated it when i was forced to bath,

  • @manq211 I actually loved baths when I was little #^_^#

  • Poor thing. Not funny at all. Cat´s don´t need to be showered. They clean themselves. -_-" Even if a cat has fleas, there´s a medicine you can put between his scapulas. That medicine goes through the skin into the bloodstream. So when a flea bites the cat, the flea will die and fall off. Result: healthy cat!

  • You are not supposed to bathe cats - they clean themselves. This is kinda mean!

  • Comment removed

  • My cat would murder me in my sleep if I even thought of doing this to him.

  • I used to take showers with my cat. Having me to hold on to kept her from being too afraid. We also bonded.

  • abuse...animal abuse

  • @heysoulsister5 I have seen videos where bratty kids are throwing their cats into pools for fun. They would be considered creeps for that. But, bathing your cat especially for a nasty flea problem is not abusive.

  • @gradgal

You're right it is not abusive. If you read a book on how to care for your cat it will say to give them a bath if needed. They also make flea shampoo for cats. It's like trying to give them medicine. They meow and claw and try to get away. The animal is fine. They just don't like a bath.

  • @karseu13 does that book tell you to tie your cat to a wall, waterboard it and then listen to it screaming in distress?

  • @zwergie4444 You are like really dumb.. Just thought I would point out the obvious. You know NOTHING about cats.

  • Comment removed

  • @zwergie4444 Book smarts do not make up for a lack of common sense or general hygene. Future (or present) crazy cat lady in the making

  • @nemesis2525 I have four cats and you should get an IQ test

  • @heysoulsister5 Abuse would be if they were bathing it with acid or beating it....it's a good idea to give cats a bath so they don't get excess oil on their fur. Plus it also helps get rid of the the dead fur and dandruff. Once the fuss is over and their fur is dry, I'd imagine it's quite nice to not have all that icky stuff stuck to them anymore. The harness is probably just so it doesn't run out of the tub and hide before they get it clean and dry.

  • it has the prettiest eyes <3

  • looks like he's tied to the wall if you see her remove the ties/ribbons at the end.

  • To be fair, if the worst thing that cat has to go through in its life is this, then things aren't so bad for it, there are plenty of animals suffering terrible, unspeakable acts of abuse every day, I don't count this as high on that list :)

  • That's not funny.

  • Cats need a bath every now and then, you can read that in any animal care magazine. *cute cat. :)*

  • thats what they do in prisons, they put u up against the wall n spray u with high pressure hose.

  • It sounds as if there screaming 'Help! Help! Help! '

  • So "cute". I'd like to see another "cute" video of you. Getting your nails ripped off.

  • @indrahvr I sencond that!!!!!

  • cats NEVER had to take a bath, they wash themselves... poor sweet cat :(

  • it sounds like meowuuu

  • This is what happens when dog people get hold of a cat.

  • Shits gotta be done, its for your safety you adorable little fuzzy, now please oh by the power of Thor let my will be done DON'T PISS ON MY FACE WHEN I'M ASLEEP.

  • This is not abuse! how do u not know if the cat has fleas, and needed to be cleaned properly

  • @bubblelovers143 you don't take care of fleas on a cat this way. There are ointments and antiflea collars, there are combs just for that.

One does not simply give cat a bath

  • @indrahvr I beg to differ, there is a multi million dollar industry based solely on it. This is obviously a grooming service, look at the tub set up specifically for that.

  • @jo3tag exactly - multimillion dollar industry - what does that tell you? It's good for the cat or the guy selling the shit? Listen to the screams of distress and then think for yourself

  • @zwergie4444 It tells me : It's a dirty job but someone has to do it, and the owner is too lazy to do it theirself.

  • @zwergie4444 Do you even actually have a pet? Do you keep it inside your home?? If so, and you don't bathe it, you're just nasty. Dogs don't like to be bathed either, but they're much easier made to do so. A dog will do what you tell it to unlike a cat.A dog isn't as well armed as a cat. Does not mean they enjoy it or need it any more than Mick here. Go out and find the kid strapping firecrackers to a cat and scold him. But then, you cant do that from your seat can you? May take a little effort!

  • @zwergie4444 It's a shame they only allow 500 characters because I can unleash volumes on your stupidity. The short and sweet of it is, animals don't always know or like what is best for them. If you doubt me, just google "do cats need to be bathed" Look at the endless examples of specialists condoning "animal abuse"

  • @bubblelovers143 have you heard of a flea collar? idiot

  • YOU SICK BIATCHES!!!!

  • its remind me with my cat...

    LOL..

  • Awww, poor baby!

  • One of the most horrible videos I've seen.

  • I keep thinking of prison movies when the prisoners get hosed down.

    Assume the position!

Least he doesn't have to worry about dropping the soap XD

And the harnes it's actually a terrible Idea saves everyone alot of pain and gets the bath done faster I'm sure.

  • pta no ves que no le sgusta te lavaria el culo con una manguera de bomberos aver si te gusta

  • that cat is fine. he was being a baby. It wasn't abuse it hates water. You should NEVER compare that to abuse because you do real abused animals a true injustice. You can't compare that to starved, burned, beaten, or neglected animals. If you feel that strongly against abuse then donate to a worthwhile organization that rescues abused animals like the ASPCA.

  • My cat just looks at me sullenly when I bathe him.

  • Are you sick in the head: O you can not do it's a shame if it would not: (How do you stand there and laugh how nice is it? It is sad: (STOP DOING SO!

  • Sounds like he's saying "towel". Poor kitty.

  • KITTY NOT WANT! xD

  • I have kept cats all my life and i have never ever had to wash one!!! They wash themselves, they are clean animals they DON'T need baths/showers...

  • sounds like the cat is saying help melol:)

  • And it helps get rid of fleas and dandruff, and if they get into something harmful to them if ingested thats always a good reason to give them a bath. Its not abuse to give your cat a bath. They may make a big fuss while they are being washed, and they may be a bit upset with you afterwards but after a bit they forgive you.

  • The cats paws are not tied to the wall. You can hear them saying in the video and read in the description that he is holding onto the wall for support. And though some cats may not enjoy it, giving them a bath every once in a while is beneficial to them. It helps get rid of loose hair so they will have less of a chance of getting hairballs.

  • One of my cats heard the wailing cat, and ran towards the screen. He knocked over my computer.... *sigh*

  • Kitty! D:<

  • I swear... I thought I heard that cat say "HELP!"....

  • this isn't animal abuse but i still wouldn't do this...they clean themselfs they do not need a human to do it for them :/
