I think the point here is to use the acidic Cola to etch away the oxidation from the connectors, also, this battery has only 12-13Vdc to offer, so the current will be miniscule unless there is a "lake" between the connectors, and forget "electrocution".. But the acid and sugar and whatever should of course be flushed away with warm water afterwards.

You're shorting out the battery and car by not disconnecting the cables. Possible chance of electrocution because the coke can cause an electrical current to pass through if you have the coke touching both the negative and positive.

Hello??? Pouring Coke on a battery terminal will do absolutely nothing!!! Carbonated drinks are full of carbonic acid which gives them a pH of about 3 (acidic). Battery corrosion is also acidic. Pouring coke on battery corrosion will not neutralize it. You need a basic solution with a high pH (like baking soda and water) to properly neutralize the corrosion.
