@milansikidjo because whenever a bodybuilding show is not specifically labeled "natural", there are not as many strict testing procedures to ensure that the athletes are actually not taking steroids. In non natural shows, there is generally little testing done, and most of the athletes know to stop taking steroids ahead of time so they can pass the drug tests. In the Mr. Olympia, there is no testing at all. Look at the competitors - "natural" show athletes aren't as muscular for a reason
there is no such thing as a natural pro, they still have to take lots supplements and stack this with that.. thats not natural.. natural to me is just eating and not taking supplements.
@tableturns77 Thanks for putting that out. That's exactly what I was thinking. I only use Whey and LS7 fat burner. Still I have a hard time calling myself a natural bodybuilder. There's nothing natural about Sucralose, Lactoferrin, Acesulfame Potassium, 3-acetyl-7-oxo-DHEA, etc.

155 to 180 is fucking great for 18 months - naturally, especially for an ectomorph.
I started at 6'0 130 lbs and now I'm at 170lbs after 3 years of training. Just keep lifting heavy and push yourself. One thing that's really helped is having a workout partner to spot you and to motivate you to work harder on your lifts.
they should've made the episodes half as long and just not repeated everything. it would have been better. good to watch apart from that. thanks for puttin it up.
