Well once I saw this I was going to comment saying that I preferred Todd...but everyone's already beat me!

And little wonder. Todd is just awesome (and he's also Jack the Ripper in Sanctuary--with Carter...whoa...lots of connections there...).

Well i am not sure about the writers but one of the main reasons the wraith are getting weaker is because they are in a civil war fighting over humans as food and alot of them dont feed very often to preserve their food therefore they become weaker and alot easy to kill and i am not sure about the hybrids that season isnt out in Australia yet so i dont know about that but same as the gould they looked strong at the beginning but now they are weak and are hidding from humans.

Is it me or have the Wraith gotten weaker as the serise has gone on?

AT first they were like invincible and it took ALOT to kill them. Now its even for Michael's hybrids it only takes a few shots to take one down.

It seams that the Wraith language is a derivative of the ancients language,so it cant be to different as humanlanguage,maybe more sh-sounds ,maybe Wraithnames are sacred,as annuin said,and very personnel,so they wont tell and as they speak with another mentally,maybe they say their name only that way.

Excellent!!! I love Steve and all the Wraith. Especially the one from Common Ground... Don't know why I like him so much but I do :) Steve is still my all time favorite Wraith... wish he was still around. Too bad he couldn't have ascended and been sorta like Anubis. That would have been awesome. And personally, I'd MUCH rather see Wraith then Asurians (sp?) We dealt with replicators for years on SG1... Wraith are special to Atlantis! MORE WRAITH!!!

I love the wraith too! It sucks that none of them have unique names like the Goa'uld from SG1 did (Michael would appear to be the only lead Wraith character who continues to elude capture or death, I have high hopes for him). I agree that Steve and Bob and other names wraiths should have lived longer (Atlantis is a great show, but lacks good recurring villains like Baal from Sg1).
