  • He didn't even removed the leaves, which are often covered with sand. I'd kindly suggest to peel off layers of leaves until you get the beautiful green ones. And cut through half and remove the white at the botton of the sprout. It'll taste less bitter. Cook with butter and a little bacon. Season with salt & pepper. Sooo delicious !!!

  • My mum recommends putting a small cross (not too deep) at the base of the sprout.
