@JamminDriverTampa Yes I enjoy it. I have lived here for over 30 years and have a lot of friends that have been here 40 or 50 years, some even more! There's lots to do, but I will warn you jobs are very tight. So if you don't have something lined up, all I can say is good luck. I don't work right now because I am recovering from a surgery that did nerve damage to my arm, but I have been looking for work, and it is a tough market. I am having no luck at all.
Why we can not dig kanals like in Europe and China to eliminate floods in great degree. If we use our few Million of prizoners for earth work (digging etc) we can save land from future tragedies. We can also learn from more developed countrieds like Germany, Poland, Russia and their methods of defending from flood.
I've been there many many times ..I live in Illinois about an hour from here.. and I can't believe all that water! Holy Moly Time to start building the ark!
Wild....this was taken the day after my birthday and shot in front of where i live now....crazy

Considering a move to QC...are most homes safe from flooding, our do we need to ask the realtor anything specific?
JamminDriverTampa 6 months ago
@JamminDriverTampa No most homes are safe. It is just River Drive that gets hit hard, and that is mostly businessess.

How many homes were affected? We are considering moving there...are most of the homes safe or is there something we need to ask the realtor??

I am from the QC. Moved away last fall. Great to see this video and get a terrific view of the flooding. THANKS SO MUCH.

Just moved from Monmouth to Peoria and miss shopping in Davenport & Moline. I've not seen Davenport so bad. So much water damage. TFS.
