To get the speech working you'll need the monster.sou file. Its quite large though, the one for Day of the Tentacle is around 250mb.

scummvm . org - you can do it with any point and clicker - monkey island, broken sword...

Not really any point and click adventure, only the Games listed on the scummvm DS homepage

They have pretty much every SCUMM engine game, and plenty other big names. Everything you'd want to play at least.
