to get my liner to stay all day and into the night I heat it with a lighter and melt it just a tad and in stays amazingly and also it it alot more intense!

@misbhavd lol I melt my liner by lighting a lighter and running it back and forth an inch or so under the sharpended end of the liner so it heats up just enough to make it extremely smooth and extremely black and it stays on my waterlines like glue! :) i use CG perfect blend in basic black i think its better than even the expensive liners...hope this helps! :)

Also, a good tip for long lasting eyeliner on the waterline is (using a pencil eyeliner) light it for like 2-3seconds with a cigarette lighter and you'll see the tip start to melt a bit. Then wait for about 10 seconds for it to cool down and go ahead and apply it on the waterline and it should come out a lot darker and stay on a lot longer!

For my water line I always use Black Radiance Gel Liner, I wear it everyday on my lid and water line and it goes no where, its stays on the lids till you wash it off, and it stays on the water line for at least 6 hours without wearing off. You can find it at walgreens
