@Rensune umm they are the same, the do have souls and feelings. But if a parent is going to smoke pot and drink while pregnant, that will eventually make the child retarded and since they kinda have to have the kid to give it up to adoption. There are plenty of them out there they are mentally handicap because their mom's didn't give two shits. I wouldn't want to suffer like that would have rather my soul go to another body or not exist when I didn't even know the meaning.

And what you are advocating is taking away the fertility from everyone who would do harmful things to the fetus while pregnant. While I would like to see those women not make those choices, to try and enforce that would be near impossible.

These women aren't going to make any better choices they say they can but they always turn back to not caring and thinking their life is shit. if americans stopped enlisting in the military the percentage of foreigners serving would rise and rise which would mean that the percentage of ex military that werent born in america serving in law enforcement would rise and rise as well. i find neither of those prospects very desirable.
