Neg. ALL LCD suffer from this ghosting. It always exists because of how it works. It's the same phenomenon as CRT phosphor decay i.e. the same ghosting but you see it when you move your white mouse cursor over a black background.

you have bad ghosting there iv got the same monitor and mine doesnt do it
