Hey girl, I was just looking back at some of your vids and found this one. I am currently trying to get healthy so we can start TTCing for baby number two in March, BUT I have PCOS and had to do fertility treatments with my daughter. i am really trying to avoid doctor intervention this time around and have started taking Vitex, vitamin b6, prenatels, multivitamins, and the flaxseed.....I have a my cycle maybe three times a year and i was wondering if the all that stuff helped you get your cycle?

@bayamonrican You can take it with juice, water, or any other liquid. You can mix it in those liquids as well, about 6-8 drops in the liquid 2 times a day.

@bayamonrican Haha men! Yes, you start with the liver cleanse part first)liver cleanse tea, milk thistle, and liver renew caps). You drink 2-3 cups of the liver cleansing tea a day, do you have a mesh tea ball? If not I suggest getting one. You put 2 tbsp of the tea into the mesh teaball and heat up 2-3 cups of water. When it comes to a boil turn off heat and put in the mesh tea ball with tea leaves in it. Let sit for 15 minutes. Drink. Then you take 1-2 liver renew caps. 3 times daily.

@bayamonrican As for Milk Thistle you can mix it with water or juice, around 6-8 drops in your water/juice, 2 times daily. You do the liver cleanse until you run out of the tea/caps/milk thistle. Then you start the womens best friend caps/conceptions tea. If you get your period anytime while on this stop cleansing, then resume when you get off your period. You use the conceptions tea like the liver tea, and the womens best friend caps like the liver renew ones.

@bayamonrican If you suspect pregnancy at any time, stop cleansing. Cleansing releases toxins out of the body and it could harm a baby. You can take all the products with or without food. It's better with food though in my opinion as it will help to digest faster. I also recommend light exercise and healthy eating while on the cleanse!

Maca is a root vegetable kinda like a potato, it's food. Yes, you can take it while on your period.

Your welcome! iherb is a good site, and has a lot of products that you can get at a discount. Castor oil helps to break up tissue in the tubes and congestion in uterus and help dissolve ovarian cysts.

Hey Sabrina:) I want to thank you for your video.. My husband and I been trying to get pregnant for 5yrs and had multiple m/c within those 5yrs...I have a blocked tube on my left side.. I wanted to ask you how does this stuff taste? how do u use it? do u add it with ur food or do u drink it? and do u take the vitex and Maca, etc. while u do the fertility cleanse? I am currently stationed in japan so it was kinda hard finding some stuff:(

Hello! Your very welcome hun! The liver cleanse tea isn't too bad, you can add some organic honey too it and it is even better. The conceptions tea doesn't taste the best, but you can also add honey as well...I just drank it even though it wasn't the greatest...it helped me SOO much. You also have to get a mesh tea ball, put 1-2 TBSP of teh herbal tea in the ball and boil 2 cups of water and put tea ball in boiling water. Let sit in water for 15 minutes.

The good thing about it here I found some herbs I had trouble finding back in Cali..and they also sell glass jars cheap here which is nice for when I start to make smoothies again:) Thanks for replying back to me:)

You also do the liver cleanse tea/liver caps/milk thistle first....then the womens best friend caps/conceptions tea next(if you get your period don't use while on it..wait until it's over) As for the teas you can drink without food, the capsules with or without food..whatever you want. The milk thistle to help it taste better is to mix it in with water or milk..because it isn't the best tasting when you take it plain. You can take vitex and maca with this, however you don't have to.

You do not use any of the products on your period. You do the liver cleansing tea/liver caps/milk thistle after your period. It is a month's supply :-) exactly 30 days. That's definetly enough to work on your system. You can do the cleanse up to 3-4 times a year I believe if you want. Its definetly good to go on before you take any meds like metformin, or hopefully you won't need them after the cleanse!

You will not like the conception tea its really yucky, I didn't like it. But you will notice a differance with just the liver tea. Good luck with it and fingers crossed.

Thanks so much! Yupp whole food prenatal is better because...well..its actually whole food...not synthetic and made in a lab. It absorbs better in the body..because as I said its vitamins from food.
