you dumbass, its Mutombo, he blocked all the sonic's shots and.... sonics was the 1st seed, and nuggets were 8th. So sonics were leading the series 2-0. and nuggets came back to win the series. and He held the ball high because he couldnt believe nuggets won

That team was a division winner the year before. Sprewell, Houston, Marcus Camby, Larry Johnson, Chris Childs, Charlie Ward, and even though he didn't play Patrick Ewing, this team is hardly a number 8 seed

Good point, remember this team got the 8 seed in the lockout yr were the NBA only played 50 games. I have to check the standings but I bet only 8 games seperated seeds 1 and 8 were in a normal 82 game season aout 20-30 games seperated seeds 1 and 8. If it were an 82 game season I bet the Knicks would have made a run for the 5th seed. Plus the NBA played back-to-back-to-back nights that season, so I bet that did in Ewing's bad knees at times.
