  • ya click the arrow that says Breakpoints

  • where's the link???

  • Click the breakpoints thingy

  • you just have to go the top build>build and run, and the icon automatically changes to the normal build and run :P

  • Please make new iphone tuts

  • hi i am a littel lost as in my picker nuthing is showing up it is empty please help

  • @garethsam2001 go to his forum (in the desscribtion)

  • hey thanks its really awsesome.

To remove build and debug. click on breakpoints which is on leftside of it. you may have accidentally clicked on it.

  • sorry for the late posting, but by now you have already figured out how to solve the "build and debug" issue you had at the begining of this video(0:20), for anyone who still has a problem, the solution is to go to the build option and select build and run from the list of options, the icon then retains the state of the last build action, so if you build and run, it should automatically change to build and run/debug icon. anyquestions are welcome find me on twitter @edwinbosire

  • click breakpoints.

  • Hit the Breakpoint Button

  • Great tutorials Bucky. Thanks for the detailed explanation.

  • bucky, nice tutorials...

little lost with two things, unsure if you will be able to help. with the single pecker, is there a way of showing a new view with every choice, rather than a UIalertview?

also, are you a pro on the zooming in on a image? I have read numerous ways, but I am struggling to make sense of any of it. Any help would be a winner. thanks bro.

  • @BarryP85 Only way I know(im still a noob), is that being triggered by a button too. Just make a tiny button and a view below your picker.

When you click the first row, then click the button, just toggle between which views should be hidden or not hidden.

I would also love to add onto your question as to whether clicking a row on the picker itself can trigger an action straight instead of an additional step of clicking a button.

  • @BarryP85 This would help me also, great idea Barry.

  • how much money have you made on ur apps?

  • Great tutorial, I can't believe you have over 900 vids!!!!!

  • dude....whats wrong with u??? :O

it seems u know EVERYTHING, starting from after effects to iphone app coding... hey, how did u learn all of these????

    :D ur great!

  • Just select the breakpoints and turn them off.

  • cant wait 4 opengl es

  • an error is in the code fix it then build and debug if its fix then the simulater should run

  • HOW DOES DREAMWEAVER CS5 WORK? IM STUMPED!

  • y dont u show ur face anymore

  • You can also go "Build"-menu and press "Build and Run - Breakpoints off" or whatever. It changes back to that option. Whenever you press Build and debug, it uses that as default build-button.

  • Ha ha, i have had the same problem for Days, thanks alot Still.

  • Press CMD+R to fix the debug shit..

  • u r a great..bye bye from Italy

  • bucky whats your dev account so we ca get your apps

  • How do slide (touch) to multiple views instead of using a button?

  • bucky do you know how to get a logo above your video and just below the title, your says "TheNewBoston" because i already have one but i dont know how to actually put it on my youtube so that others can see it

  • word bucky, good vids, real helpful thanks!

im looking to have this page on my tab bar, but when selecting a item in the picker view i would like the alertview to show individual information for each item...any ideas? or even having the selected item open a new page? similar to a tablelist?

    any help would be appreciated...
