Iraq after the 8 years war with Iran was faced by the provocative economical pressure from Kuwait as Kuwait raised its oil production substantially in which such and actioan agitated Saddam, Kuwait is responsible for what happend to Iraq, as well as America, Saddam called American "betrayers" they supported him during the 80's, they provided him with WMD, they formally assured Saddam that Kuwait and Iraq can solve their own problems, its all foxy british politics and their hate towards Iraq
