I don't really think others are saying "aww, what a shit rider there horse tripped", accidents like this happen, it's just a part of any sport. I know if I saw a fellow horse rider fall I wouldn't say "they are so bad at riding for falling", I'd wondering, first and foremost, if they where OK and have sympathy, falling isn't fun.

I don't care if my horse knocks a rail, though I do get frustrated at refusals. I try to enjoy my riding and make sure my horse is enjoying it too.

Where do you get these video clips? I've been looking to make a video with horse clips, but I can't find any. When I do find clips, I don't know how to save the whole clip, not just one image. Any help?

The video's really good. Cross country is awesome to watch, but really dangerous.

I'm Not Much For Racing Horses, Jumping Horses, Etc.

I Much Prefer The Delight Of Admiring Them From My Own Eyes, Instead Of The Eyes Of Others Admiring Them, And Judging Them By Any Simple Mistake They Make.

Like If A Racehorse Comes Last, Or A Jumping Horse Doesn't Clear A Few Jumps, Everyone Lowers That Horse's Reputation. Every Horse Is A Winner, You Just Have To Give Them The Chance To Be.

Very Good Video Though, It Shows How Hard Horses Try To Please Us.

Great video! It shows that horse back riding is definitely a contact sport. I know that I am going to ruffle some feathers, but there is a reason why I don't do cross country. I would never do that to my horse, and this video shows exactly what I am talking about. I've had young horses fall over the jumps when training them to be hunter/jumpers, but at least those jumps fall down! It's a lot harder for them to get seriously hurt in my sport. I love them too much to do that to them.

Yeah like i mean i love cross country and i would love to do it but once it starts getting higher than 3 foot, like all the solid jumps kinda freak me out! what if you mess up a distance *shudder* dont get me wrong cross country is an amazing part of horses, but its just not for me...

The little cross country fences don't count...lol. I've jumped up to 3 foot cross country fences, but when you're on a horse that can jump 5', those little fences don't pose much of a problem. I won't go higher than that though. I just won't go all the way in cross country because I don't want to hurt my horse.

I'll go all the way in show jumping though. I have a great horse that has cleared the 6' jump standards before and I can jump really high, but I'm in college right now so I don't have the time to really ride or the money. When I get out of college, it's on though...lol. You'll see me at the GP level:) Luckily, my boyfriend is also a doctor who loves horses as much as I do so I'll have a lot of help and support.

love the video!my friend was riding her horse yesterday and they have this AMAZING bond and he LOVES her to death&all of a sudden he just fell&did everything he could not to land on her.&also a couple years ago another friend&her horse,she was i think 10 at the time(my friend)&her horse fell over a jump and she fell&the way he was going he wouldve crushed her but he twisted himself around so that he actually fell on his FACE away from her.i think they really can understand when were in danger
