Even though I'm a Longhorn, and not a t-shirt fan, i actually go to the school (i hate those annoying asses who don't but say they're fans) this is one of the

best / heartbreaking / unbelievable games I have ever seen in my entire life. And even though these are tech announcers, the call at the end is still unbelievable

November 1st, 2008 will be I don;t forget. I made it to Lubbock in time for College Game Day. Had free tickets to the game and saw an amazing play. At one point while celebrating I had a complete stranger in a head lock while jumping up and down.

ok dude seriously, i know we didnt do good in our bowl game, i know that oklahoma beat tech this year, like usual but honestly, tech has never been seen as a legendary collage football school like OU has and i know that, however EVERYTIME that OU goes against teams of its own caliber... aka bowl games... they come up short.... so i dont think OU has any room to talk. Sorry skinhead :)

i watched the hole game. i go for alabama though.i just watched because it was the biggest game that day. i thought texas tech was goin 2 win until texas rallied and came back and took the lead.

i remember i saw that play live i was going for texas tech. when that play happened live i dropped to the floor and about had a heart-attack best play in college football in 2008 nice

yea i was there and almost had a stroke when that pass was almost picked off... and i think i more or less blacked out when crab made that play, i just kind of remembered jumping around yelling but not seeing much lol

me too, man. i almost died when that pass popped up. i thought, "well..there goes the season...."

but the Crabtree play: i remember that whole play, cuz it went in slow motion cuz i knew something amazing was gonna happen but i thought it was just gonna get tipped up like the Gideon play, and i thought tht Crabtree was gonna get it in the endzone. i didnt think he was gonna "pull a Houdini" and get in!!!!!!

anywy, it was an amazing end to the game, and an awesome call....

What happened at :01 of this game was eerily reminiscent of Game 5 between the Suns and Celtics in the 1976 NBA Finals, where with one second left, Boston took the lead but their fans rushed the court with still a second left.

Only difference is, Tech storming the field didn't make a bit of difference.

I agree. In the Big 12, I like Nebraska's, Texas Tech's and UT's radio teams. Those three radio teams know more about football than most of the radio crews in the 12.
