I realized that classical music and other stuff like positive movies etc. Will make you feel good without knowing why (the next day and forward). And that most television and music like hard rock makes you feel bad without knowing why, until this understanding and knowledge based upon reflection was analyzed.

Pity this video is all squashed and the pitcures distorded, when there is so much black space around it. Why is this? Can't you fix this?
