I've got one of these and sadly the alarm has just given out on me after over ten years of use. Wallace's arm never wanted to go all the way round on mine though.

I got one of these at a thrift store for like 4 US dollars.

i found one at a second hand/antique dealer. it didn't work so I got it for $10AUD. Took it to a watch repairer and got it fixed for $40AUD. Cracking alarm clock for just $50AUD. My wife and kids love it.

I got one of those for my birthday in 99. Unfortunately , my kids had broke the handle where wallaces hand cranks in the back, and almost twisted the head off wallace. After that day I put it away for a couple years, only to take it back out just the other week. To bad they dont still make them. My daughters both want one for an alarm clock. but Im not letting go of mine!
