miley is a great performer. i hate it when people say she can't sing when she obviously can. the only thing is that miley's tone of voice isn't very nice to listen to :P demi's tone and everything about her voice is amazing and she obviously has more vocal range compared to miley. demi is definitely a better singer vocally, but they're both equally good as artistes :)
