Nice Flight, gonna get mine this summer(im a begginer) but i dont have cash for a co-ax the a bigger co-ax the a FP then a bigger FP and then a CP so ill just take a CP a pro is gonna assemble it so that i dont do anything wrong ,CPs are more stable in my opinion so they should be somewhat easier to fly and ill be having ALOT of hours on a simulator 100 or so before the first hover, and ill have pros by me in case something goes wrong, so that they can correct it (using TS)
Lovely video but you need to get that head speed up. It will keep it more stable and resposive. I ran my old 450 on idle up 1 with a straight line of 90% on the throttle curve. LOL and safe flying.
You just need to correct all the time if the tail is not set right. And if you want the tail pitch to be centered it will be off in normal mode. and you will have to correct (at least with the GY401 i was using because you cant correct the endpoints both way's)
haha i can see u trying to correct it i have HH on my gy 401 on cuves normal idle 1 idle 2 and hold well lets just say i have HH on ALL THE TIME it works great the reason why u have to correct it is that u need to do triming on your tail servo when it moves on its own one direction when gyro is not on HH that means it needs a few trims and HH corrects it on its own its very neat how the gyro works :)
Yeah i noticed that :) But this movie quite a wile ago. I forgoth to flip the HH switch on my remote :P And indeed it needs some trim to fly without HH.
Nope i bought it like this. But i already added a new 2.4ghz receiver and did some maintenance so i could rebuild it if i have to.
I have changed the tail blades and main blades because i wanna try more dangerous stuff and i dont wanna kill it with a crash. Carbon blades will destroy the head.

I have the same heli.
But it is much more difficult to fly in normal mode.
Normal sucks.

You mean you suck in normal mode...

This is among the rare videos where the helicopter is actually filling the frame, and not just some tiny jumpy speck in the sky.
Nice.

Thanks :)
But mostly if you wanna show off you need to go high en perform soms tricks.

did you practice or was this really the first time you flew a rc helicopter?
ikkeennigij121 4 years ago
No i had a Walkera DF 04 before this one and 10 flights on a DF60.
But this was the first flight ever with the helicopter Gyro was also in the wrong mode so the tail was turing away and i had to compensate.
