The trick is to harvest what we take away. If the human race only consumes without replanting then we can be categorized as a virus or disease. The truth though is that we have the mental capacity to take a step back and replace what we have taken for our own consumption.
remember...there was at least 3 global extinctions in history of the earth...the next one is happening right now, and if included our species the planet will be happy
Were we conditioned to be so insufferable by evil systems like government and corporations? Likely the case, but it doesn't matter. A significant reduction in the human population is in order, and even then, the survivors who understand what this society once was must exterminate every leader or authoritarian figure, anyone who espouses judeo-christian concepts or religion in general, and anyone who exhibits a nostalgia for money. It runs that deep, the need to cleanse.
Humans are good too, we are intelligent, we have morals, good sense of emotions, understanding of teknologies and so on..Only thing that sucks is the way how this planet is being "driven" and everybody thinks that its only possible way..
This is bullshit. Unlike a disease we CAN have a natural equilibrium with our surroundings. If a farmer sits in the middle of the forest farming the same field for his entire life, then he is not harming anything nor using any resources. These human-hating human comments are disgusting. As Stephen Hawking said: For the human race to survive another thousand years we need to begin colonizing space.
@Xarieus We will colonize space eventually and this allows us to devastate new worlds. If those new worlds possess life we humans can parasitize off their ecosystem. When humans eventually become extinct it will mark the end of another great mass extinction on earth, but what animals evolve to fill in those niches is anyone’s guess.
I saw the Movie Avatar and it portrays a typical example of humans devastating a lush untouched world.
@33Crazydude - if we could take life to dead planets then that would be worthwhile, but we're doing the opposite now, taking the living earth and killing it off.
It is sad that now I don't feel like I'm a "human" anymore, or want to be associated with a being called "human". I mostly hate humanity nowadays, and have become a Misanthrope, and disillusioned as well with this so-called "real world". it sucks, and although I used to believe & have hope in Humanity, but now I feel it's largely hopeless: we're destroying our own Planet, animals, and even killing our fellow species over some stupid, close-minded, most ignorant & selfish, senseless reasons..
@nikiwonoto you spoke my mind bro. try googling "thats p_hucked" or "documenting reality" and you'll see what i mean. not that i enjoy browsing through them, i do so just to remind myself of how p_hucked up we (can be/are) for that matter.
Wow-someone brought kool-aid to this party.....looks like you all drank it up! the whales are fine.....polar bears can swim- the climate fraud is nothing but that-fraud!...survival of the fittest i a flawed theory made up by those as an excuse to use any means to an end- self preservation. I see a liar and deceiver who tricks us into slavery and ultimate extinction through criminal force an unfit creature no matter who lives longer on this earth- wake up soon plz. dont die hating yourselves
@the1calledv there is truth in what you say, but also underlying selfish gain. Freeing ourselves from the fear and inevitability of death, is what we seek to do. However this does not have to be done through innate killing.
@the1calledv Wowwwww really ? So our rainforests and forests are not being depleted and we're not running out of freshwater ? Also history hasnt taught us anything about man killing off numerous species in the world ? and also our abundance of natural resources are not being depleted even further ? and our population isnt going up eitherrr ? So everything is all sunshine and lollipops ? Wowwwww I never knew we were living in a fairty tale land !!
@MrRadaikon Capitalism is nice. Don't get me wrong, but when everything becomes back alley deals, money laundering, fraud and political candidates are backed by big business with big agendas is it really capitalism anymore? Maybe I have just been living in the dark ages for the last 20 years and am just now noticing all of this nonsense. It really is a shame.
@Chromozome1205 I have not read the other comments related to this one but I have to agree that capitalism is a good thing. It's kind of the same system as "survival of the fittest." It's a self controlling/correcting system. But it's useless if you articifially try to alter it. I'm thinking of politicians who sit together to decide how much a foreign currency should be worth. The federal reserve bank of America that isn't even owned nor controlled by the government. And so on..
@MrRadaikon expect everything to be ok. A responsible businessman will always invest in his company before he goes out and buys private jets and gives his top brass million dollar bonuses. The people i consider a disease are the very ppl out to destroy everything. What sense is their in bankrupting the very system you depend upon to live your luxurious lifestyle?
@MrRadaikon I can agree with that. When it comes to un-employment though I did hear that they were not even factoring in those people who have completely given up looking for jobs, and I know a lot of places in the Country that are like that. The town I live in is a good example. It makes we want to blow a gasket though when the top 1% that own all the wealth are considered job creators. I am not saying that it is not true, to some extent, but you can't horde all of the countries wealth and.....
@OpticalGreen Love is about as real an idea as faith or the boogey man, and while it may be a very noble idea it is exactly that, an idea. With divorce rates in the United States now shooting well over 50% how can one come to the conclusion that love is the answer when human beings have started using even that as a weapon against one another? The statistics don't lie. You ever hear the saying " we only hurt the ones we love."
@Chromozome1205 Statistics don't lie per se..But they distort the truth. That's always been a fallacy of averages. The 50% is actually combining the percentage of first marriages, second marriages and all subsequent marriages and then adding them to each other. It isn't a percentage of all first marriages. Second marriages and subsequent marriages that came after a previous divorce make it seem really high.
Think about all those statistics about unemployment. It claims 9%. But they only factoring people who have filed for unemployment. Filing for unemployment does not reflect actual joblessness. It doesn't factor in adults who have never worked but now need jobs such as young people who just turned 18 but have never filed for unemployment. Or Housewives who never worked but now need to because money is tight.Humans are prone to human error when making population studies.
this clip is great, it shows you how great the movie really is, the movie shows ideas of humans poluting our planet climate change, and there are various spiritual elements to this movie also, i have to tell you this is the best movie i have ever seen!!!!!!!!!
Not true, human beings are the most evolved creatures we know, creative, sensitive, emotional, fast learners and most importantly we have reason, something a machine could never ever have. The cure for our negative sensitive side, is love ...
@MrMarktheJarhead I think they're using a looser definition of organism that simply includes anything composed of 'organic' material. But yes, you are right. And also a cancer of this planet :)
Problem... Man doesn't learn from history. Climate changes combined with man's overhunting is what made the mammoth extinct. Large animals just don't populate quickly enough to compensate. The Whales are facing the same situation, but with an added bane. Our world's oceans are being polluted. Mercury is becoming a big issue. So all this added up almost guarantees extinction of the Whales!
Listen to Mr Smith and then listen to V from V for Vendetta. It is the same actor. Hugo Weaving. I love the way this guy talks. He is also the Elf King in Lord of the Rings.
Humans are basically what happens when the astounding processing power of a mammalian brain evolves to perform a colony function like the ant model. If ants were big enough they'd destroy this planet pretty fast as well. They farm other insects and build vent systems in their cities and etc.
Can anyone help me, there was this metal song with this dialogue as part of the lyrics , can anyone help me find it , the name and band ? Anyone has heard it ?
@TheTudiscoKid You are coming up with reasons to explain away the brutality of nature, but not giving humans the same leway. Do humans overconsume? Yes. Do we cause the needless deaths of animals? Yes. Is there room for improvement? Yes. But that doesnt make us evil. We are the most successful species on Earth; so successful that we are in a position to actually care about other species, and not just kill to lesson future competition. Just because we could be doing more doesn't make us bad.
@mortiskrum "actually care about other species" you mean like killing thousands and thousands of animals each year for food? our race is pathetic. fuck off you philanthropist piece of shit.
@thrashblackdeath666 Or spending billions of dollars a year on the care of our pets? Wildlife conservation, national parks, endangered species lists, laws against even bothering animals like whales....yeah, we don't care one little bit about any animal, at all. Wake up and smell reality - while I agree that we could be doing even more, don't pretend even for a second that humans don't care at all. This is obviously and demonstrably false.
@mortiskrum it took you 2 days to type that comment? i hope you realize many of the wild animals don't even need humans to survive. human beings are by far the most vile, sick, morbid and careless creatures ever to exist on planet earth. why don't YOU wake up and smell reality.
@thrashblackdeath666 Sorry I don't wait with baited breathe for comments on youtube. My point in bringing up those things is that we could be doing WAY more damage by simply not caring. There are countless examples of humans going out of their way to help animals; clearly, we do care. Our technology sets us apart; the things we change and do by accident are often called "vile, sick, morbid, and careless," but that implies intent, and that is not the case - we care a great deal
@TheTudiscoKid Yeah...they're called sadists, and we have laws agaisnt it. Did you know that skunks will occasionally break in to hen houses and kill every chicken, then leave? Did you know that male lions will slaughter not only lion cubs from other males, but cheetah cubs as well? It sounds to me like your argument is "they don't know any better, so it's not evil." Humans DO make efforts to minimize suffering in other species; human well-being just comes first. This is natural, and not wrong.
@TheTudiscoKid And how are you differentiating between humans and any other animal? We're mammals, we live on this planet - there are hundreds of other species fit that catagory. What makes us different? You are arbitrarily deciding that what humans do is evil, and what other animals do to each other is natural - but there is no way to actually draw a distinction between the two, other then "we have technology." And what bearing does that really have on morality?
what a depressing lot you are! why dont you go and slit your wrists now?! we as humans, 'virus' or not, are here to learn, its called trial and error. yes there are a lot of wronguns out there, but there also a lot of good people who want to better themselves and their values. besides, with the odds of infinity, there could be many species, like us,maybe even more backward and useless! as well as higher intelligent beings. we're constantly evolving. life is what you make it.
for all those here discussing about good and evil let me tell you there is nothing absolutely good or evil about your actions. these are just social constructs created by humans to promote/ prevent certain actions for mutual profit (like a treaty) eg : i wont kill you if you wont kill me... thus killing was considered "evil/unacceptable " and ill help you if you help me when i need it.. thus helping was considered "good/ acceptable" .. its simple economics
Humanity is a depraved and insane failed experiment. As a misanthrope, I eagerly await the collapse of the world. We are savages that destroy each other and everything we touch. If there is a higher intelligence at work, I hope it decides to pull the plug on mankind and end this madness. But then again.... letting us continue on this path would lead to more misery and torment. So perhaps allowing us to crawl forward in agony is the best fate for us. We don't DESERVE the relief of death.
@TheTudiscoKid Yeah...Just that humans tend to fuck that entire thing!
Humans just eat the world, and do not let it evolve at all-they just kill whatever is in their way, kill those around them and try to eat as much as possible.
Some humans see that problem, and try to change...well,too few of those.
The rest just follow the stream
The world will renew itself once humanity is over, until then...everything is shit.
You can say what you want, but won't you agree-what humans do look just ugly?
Humans just took the easy path-kill all eat all and satisfy their horrible lusts.
That agent there,it is the good guy.
Robots would be better then humans, they won't have a need to be a horror.Robots will calculate the best way of everything to carry on.Robots will be pure thought, rather then a hungry body.
Well, too bad those robots are just not real...
Humans are bags full of evil, while nature itself is evil, humans had indeed managed to achieve 1 thing-surpass that evil by being much more Horror
The thing is, the "good" in this world is difficult to obtain and maintain, morally or otherwise, where as the "bad" things in life really only exist because they are the "easy" choices and give instant gratification. People generally go for things that are easy and that dont push their boundaries too much, which is why its so important to encourage people to do right by their fellow man. Because otherwise we all choose the easy option...
@monsterinyourpocket Agree, humans pick the easy choice-Humans don't care about stuff like 'long term affect' or 'Our kids' or 'earth' they only care to satisfy their current desires/fetishes/cravings and so on...
Due to their short sight, short mind and self-centering(most of the time) They are just unable to pick the hard path-since it prevents them from doing their meaningless stuff that makes them feel good.
Humans developed into a self-pleasuring monster,America is the very center of that.
@TheTudiscoKid so tell me, how do you differentiate between "human caused" extinction and "natural?" Why is one so horrible, and the other is just the cycle of life? I am not justifying every oil spill or clear-cut forest; I am saying that we are animals that live on this planet - but we stand alone in our intelligence. Thus, when we change the world, is it by a larger degree. The princicle of change is the same across all species - we just can, and do, change more.
@mortiskrum That is the evil part-humans don't bother to try and change themselves into a truly different thing, they just say "everything is evil,so lets party and be as evil as we wish!"
Humans are the only creatures claiming to be higher and more important and different then everything, they claim to be intellect and highly moral.
Well, that is the problem then-they just don't show it-they only proved they are more evil then nature.
If all of them would just accept their evil, then I can't argue.
@Wharwulif Humans don't try to be more moral, or better the world, at all? This is obviously false - evil humans exist, but there are many more good ones. Humans are the only creatures claiming to be more intelligent, but that is because we are the only species that has the awareness to make such a claim - making it a self-fullfilling statement. As far as the "humans first" attitude, all creatures are hard-wired to value themselves the most (think how long a species would live if it didn't!)
@mortiskrum The thing is,if you look on the long run, because of that view of self-preservation instead of total-survival you end up with everyone dead-nature is false to start with.
Yeah...REAL good humans are very very FEW,also...most of the people do not fix anything, they just do stuff to feel better about themselves-they don't change anything.
The awareness of humans only apply has to check how they can use what's around them.
Humans have not done any change in their entire life-Shame to them
@Wharwulif sorry I'm not really following your argument...."nature is false to start with?" what do you mean?
how are you defining a good person? because most people are pretty decent individuals, when you get right down to it. they will help their fellow man in a crisis, care about the people around them, and show empathy for suffering. is this not enough to be called "good?"
humans have changed a great deal in the world, for the better - the examples are numerous and obvious.
@mortiskrum Yeah...humans toward each other-the numbers of those that will harm is greater then those that will help, and humans toward Non-humans is TOO many who don't give a crap.
Nature by itself is composed of 1 thing preventing the other from surviving-core of evil in my eyes, the system works-but it works in a very ugly way.
Yeah...humans changed-just look at how much shit a single car can do-THEN talk.
The examples of Bad things surpass the good-it's obvious even further.
@Wharwulif so you're saying that nature itself is evil, because animals kill and eat each other? Alright, you're entitled to your opinion. But how are humans even worse then that? Sure we accidently kill many many things, but we also save a great deal. other animals don't save anything at all, just "prevent(ing) others from surviving." Looks like humans really are better then other animals.
@mortiskrum Yeah...animals tend to reach equilibrium with each other, while the system is wrong, like I said it WORKS.Humans go and try to save things that look to them things of beauty, rather then an actual wish to really help-also...it's human pride saying "WE CONTROL THE WORLD!!!"
Most animals they try to prevent from dying, are the ones THEY led to their extinction in the first place, the 'great deal' that humans save is nothing compared to the great deal they torment for whatever sick reason.
@TheTudiscoKid uh-huh...so no species has ever gone extict and no ecosystem ever changed before humans came along? O no, thats right....an unbelieveable amount of species lived and died long before homo sapiens ever hit the scene.
There is a false belief common among conservationists that nature "stays the same," as long as humans don't go screwing things up. This is completely wrong, and demonstratably so. I recommend the museum of natural history, or any book of the same subject.
@TheTudiscoKid animals will not overpopulate because they generally lack the means to overcome the very things that limit their populations - predators, lack of food, etc. humans stand alone in our mastrey of the environment; we have no predators, can make our own food, and have more or less stomped out disease. how can you possibly maintain that only humans destroy the environment? there are so many invasive species ruining ecosystems its appalling you think otherwise.
@TheTudiscoKid you believe in god, don't you? humans are NOT the only animal capable of using up our resources, we are just the most obvious example. every animal on this planet will grow their population to unsustainable levels if they are not kept in check: my point about the wolves in yellowstone earlier? humans eliminated the wolf population, and as a result the deer and elk population EXPLODED. they then spread and spread, looking for more food. sound familiar?
@TheTudiscoKid you make it sound like nature is a consious thing, making active decisions....this is completely wrong. there isn't some nature manager behind the scenes doing things like "let's order another 1000 predators, the prey population is getting a bit high - " those things happen automatically. every animal is tied to it's resources, the population fluxing with the availability there of. humans are unique in that we have a great deal of control over our resources. see?
the sooner people realise what they are the beter for themself and thier countrys, close border and turn a blind eye to the 3rd world becuse you like me are not willing to give up how we live today.
You can sit behind your computer screen and write all these crap but in the end all you think about is yourself and thoose closest just like animals do an you dont really give a crap what other people in other parts of world has to suffer for your way of life. If you did you would have dont something long time ago. You would drag your sorry ass down and helped with whatever you could but you dont you open borders to your countrys and donate to red cross.
Animals do not,and will not consume every natural resource simply because they are, I guess you could say, bound to the cycles of mother nature. Humans are not bound, making them superior in a way, but also making them inferior because they do not live in moderation. Basically it is over consumerism that is the plague, not humans, but humans probably will never understand this. Humanity is and always was headed for failure in this dpt simply because it is self defeating. We are our worst enemy.
@SuperKenny720 Exactly, they were and the few still left are Homo Sapiens. The wise human. Tho, the modern human, homo sapiens sapiens, She who know that she knows, are the disease!
I for one feel bad about being human at this historical time of our lives.
@TheImamo93 It would seem as if the video is pertaining to "civilized" man. The "civilized" man calls himself "more intelligent", "superior", etc. Anyone not like him "subhuman", "savage", "inferior", or even "less evolved" if we're dealing with those who like to play with race theories. Yet, they're the main ones destroying everything? Interesting.
@docdoom187 Yes, they are the main ones destroying everything. The disease, the virus destroying nature. What we really can do to change it, is quite absurd, but it would be to kill the modern human. Tho, that will never happen ofc. and in the end, all thats left is a new world (still on Earth) ready to emerge from what we destroyed!
@TheImamo93 That is true. The Earth will fix itself. We can literally nuke ourselves into nothingness, but life will blossom again eventually. Also the typical modern/civilized human destroys itself with what it does to its body. Consuming things that pass as food but they really aren't, such as processed/junk/fast food that's full of things that clearly aren't food and constantly saturating it's body in toxins/drugs that are either considered to be legal (pharmaceutical) or illegal.
@SuperKenny720 Indians (people of North and South America), the many groups of people from Africa, Australia, Oceania, Asia, and Europe before becoming, or being led into becoming, "civilized" and "modernized".
@TheTudiscoKid That's not at all what I said - if a creature has no predators and no limits on food, that species' population will explode. There would be no limiting factor, see? It's not a concious or unconcious "decision" on the species' part, its just the way it would go. Humans are unique in that we have no limiter on the global scale to our population, thus there is nearly 7 billion of us. This behavior is not unique to us - every other animal would overpopulate this way, with no limiter.
@TheTudiscoKid That's a bit of a stretch - "instictively" refers to environmental pressures? Sorry, I don't quite buy that, mainly because, like I said above, animals WILL multiply and use up all available resources, given the chance. Look what happened in yellow stone, when humans foolishly decided to eliminate wolves.
@mortiskrum The natural world keeps itself in balance as long as humans don't fuck it up. You remove all the predators from one area, guess what happens? Prey species overwhelm the habitat. Humans do not use their instincts properly -- we pillage and burn all that we see as "unfit" for our modern society. We take what we want and leave nothing behind. We ARE a disease, a cancer of this planet.
@Nightweaver1 Human beings, for all intensive purposes, have no natural instincts - we have progressed past that in to entirely learned behavior. Because of our numbers and technology, we do largly reshape the natural world to suit ourselves, but that doesn't mean we are uncaring of other species. Are there not enourmous conservation efforts being made almost everywhere? Don't be fooled by our "uniqueness;" every other animal would act the same way, given the intelliegnce we have.
At the moment, we are definitely 100% what agent smith says. But i think it is the core values of the monetary system(our system now)that creates this virus into people. We could easily build a system that actually takes care and works inline with nature/people to create the most healthily sane, sustainable society with the best we know now.
But we don't do it because opinions, money, belief and all the rest of that bullshit.People are usually 99% of the time only a product of there environment
@Alowisiuz It doesnt mean because everyone can enjoy and live on the succes of a few people... that all people are succesfull.. The ones responsible for this so called "succes" are a handful of highly intellectuals that found easier ways to survive...Another handfull of people can survive with no need of this... and the rest wasn't meant to live... That's reality
Human beings spread like a virus? Every species will spread like a virus if it can, destroying other species if need be. The principle of competitive exclusion states that if one species has a reproductive advantage over another species sharing a similar biological niche, it will eventually drive the other population out.
@cyberpolice9000 You misunderstand what he was saying. Humans are a virus because they consume the worlds resources. We're talking about destroying other species, we're talking about consuming and spreading, and consuming. One day, and I promise that day will come. Humans will die out just like every other species, they'll become "extinct", eventually. Such an imperfect, ignorant species cannot survive forever.
Meh. The only reason humans would care that they act as viruses is because they have empathy and a higher consciousness. I would suggest Agent Smith not to appeal to the thing which he obviously lacks.
Smith could not be more accurate. However that's also how mammals work too. only their "Resources" are the other animals. Hence the food chain. However i'm pretty sure any human can survive without most resources (proven by the cavemen) given the right environment, but even then it's very specific. That's why we united. We couldn't handle by ourselves, making it useless to fight each other.
Human beings haven't changed in a thousand years. They're still just as corrupt, cruel, hateful, evil, and cowardly as they've always been. The only thing that's changed is there's more of them, there's less to take, and they're more advanced. We like to think we're better than we used to be, but given the right environment, human beings will kill, torture, rape, murder, attack, hate, and turn on each other. Nothing has changed and I'm ashamed of the fact that I'm part of the human race.
@GeneralHoohah I think too, but you don't think that we are much more peaceful with each other since World War II ? There is still so much problems in this world I agree, so much poverty, lost people in Humanity, but we have been able to finally reach real peace for the first time in History. During centuries and centuries all countries used to kill and torture each others in horrific wars and genocides, Now things seems more stable, even we are still torturing millions of animals. --__--
@yoshi167943 The really sad think about that is that's what was keeping our population in check, but thats only the result of larger more developed powerful nations pushing around 3rd world countries that would be totally out of control. The human race isn't intelligent for peace yet, if it was we would have thrown away religion by now and learned how to control our numbers. The total opposite is true right now and as a result, the population is exploding.
@GeneralHoohah That's right,And I think that if all developped countries live in peace now, that's not because we would be kind, but the exact opposite: because now we have energy to destroy everything (nuclear bombs by example..) so that's why, wars have no more reasons to be and that's in fact a really awesome thing... But only for us, humans beings but I totally agree that we are a infection destroying earth. I started think that short time ago, this speech impressed me,I feel that exactly
@ChicagoFan32 At least I live in reality instead of living my life with blinders over my eyes, pretending everything is fine when its obviously not, like the countless sheep who populate the human race.
@GeneralHoohah But there are people who think like you, im one of them. Does it mean something? A different type of human? I believe that people that think like you, and me, will be the only ones that will remain in this planet. Greed and hateful kill themselves. Overpopulation isnt something that is destroying the environment, its greed people. did you know that we could use green power source? The only reason that isnt happening currently is money. Society needs to be restarted.
@Porckana Well, also total lack of empathy, which is one of the major characteristics that make humans, human. That's why I don't consider these people humans. They're much lower than humans, not that many people live up to that title. Very few people consider the pain and suffering of anything or anyone around them, and how the things they do directly impact others lives. These people are a shit stain on the human race, I wish they'd just fucking die already.
@GeneralHoohah You know, there's definite similarities to our ancestors in terms of the categories that you have listed. But, and I think you fail to address this, is that what humans have done, and will probably continue to do, is natural. It's not just humans who can overwhelm an environment or kill, rape, murder or hate.
But humans are different, because we can analyze our actions. The very statement you have made is evidence to this.
@pelicane136 Humans only use a small percentage of their brain. When they eventually unlock those unused areas, their heightened intelligence will naturally override their primal urges. Its a shame I had to be born before that occurs. I hate living in this era of the human race. Theism, religion, greed, overpopulation, thoughtlessness, apathy..... its totally disgusting. I find most people revolting. I wish there were somewhere I could go where there are more people like me..
Human beings are the weakest animal out there. Sure we can build skyscrapers and create amazing things, but 99 percent of people will scream and flail when a tiny bug hits them in the face. If technology goes...99 percent of us go with it.
@Hayden0selles Did we? Does the popular vote even count? Voting is an illusion to make you think you participate while the owners of this country do as they please.
George Carlin on the subject: /watch?v=hYIC0eZYEtI
@Alec0124 That video on George Carlin...Cant help but think that's just to increase his own ratings. a kind of, "I know whats happening, arnt i for the people" kind of tactic. Dont over analyse things, it'll only ruin your day and give you a sense of hopelessness, something others want you to feel so that they arnt alone. Dont listen to anyone who creates hate against the establishment. Because its these people who, in the end, are the ones that want your money.
@Hayden0selles Eh... The Zeitgeist Movement pretty much proclaims the same thing. They dont make profit from anyone. Thanks for looking out, but I'm not hopeless at all, but I don't think we can just ignore the issues and hope for them to go away. If you look around the internet you can find alor of people that agree with George Carlin. I love Bill Hicks and George Carlin, neither of which did what they did for the money. I think that becomes apparent as you watch videos about them.
@TheTudiscoKid Because we are unaware of the capability we have to become perfect. Do not give up on humanity too fast, we are still learning. It's hard to tell right now whether or not are we really a failed experiment.
@TheTudiscoKid All forms of life kill at one point. I do not see why any life form besides the human race are deemed neccessary. You are partially correct. We are not the only species uneccessary, all life are uneccessary I personally believe. Maybe we were there due to an accident. We do not know. But what make humans great, we have the ability to become perfect by learning from our mistakes. We just don't know it yet.
While this monologue is awesome, it doens't really make sense...for one thing, it is completely untrue that "other mammals seek out a natural equilibrium." Every animal, and I mean every animal, will multiply and multiply until all resources are used up; however, every animal is held in check by predators, lack of prey, etc....except us. When new species are introduced, lack of predators means massive damage to the local area. We are the only ones that do it at a global level.
Viruses aren't considered organisms.
Dude is such an idiot, fuckin computer programs don't know shit.

Xarieus 1 month ago
@Xarieus you're an idiot.
Cal97g 1 month ago
@Xarieus We will colonize space eventually and this allows us to devastate new worlds. If those new worlds possess life we humans can parasitize off their ecosystem. When humans eventually become extinct it will mark the end of another great mass extinction on earth, but what animals evolve to fill in those niches is anyone’s guess.
I saw the Movie Avatar and it portrays a typical example of humans devastating a lush untouched world.

Chromozome1205 2 months ago
@Chromozome1205 I have not read the other comments related to this one but I have to agree that capitalism is a good thing. It's kind of the same system as "survival of the fittest." It's a self controlling/correcting system. But it's useless if you articifially try to alter it. I'm thinking of politicians who sit together to decide how much a foreign currency should be worth. The federal reserve bank of America that isn't even owned nor controlled by the government. And so on..
The1Philosophist 2 months ago
@MrRadaikon expect everything to be ok. A responsible businessman will always invest in his company before he goes out and buys private jets and gives his top brass million dollar bonuses. The people i consider a disease are the very ppl out to destroy everything. What sense is their in bankrupting the very system you depend upon to live your luxurious lifestyle?
Chromozome1205 2 months ago
@MrRadaikon I can agree with that. When it comes to un-employment though I did hear that they were not even factoring in those people who have completely given up looking for jobs, and I know a lot of places in the Country that are like that.
Chromozome1205 2 months ago

Just because we could be doing more doesn't make us bad.
mortiskrum 3 months ago
@mortiskrum "actually care about other species" you mean like killing thousands and thousands of animals each year for food? our race is pathetic. fuck off you philanthropist piece of shit.
thrashblackdeath666 2 months ago 3
@thrashblackdeath666 Or spending billions of dollars a year on the care of our pets? Wildlife conservation, national parks, endangered species lists, laws against even bothering animals like whales....yeah, we don't care one little bit about any animal, at all. Wake up and smell reality - while I agree that we could be doing even more, don't pretend even for a second that humans don't care at all. This is obviously and demonstrably false.
mortiskrum 2 months ago
@mortiskrum it took you 2 days to type that comment? i hope you realize many of the wild animals don't even need humans to survive. human beings are by far the most vile, sick, morbid and careless creatures ever to exist on planet earth. why don't YOU wake up and smell reality.
thrashblackdeath666 2 months ago 3
@thrashblackdeath666 Sorry I don't wait with baited breathe for comments on youtube. My point in bringing up those things is that we could be doing WAY more damage by simply not caring. There are countless examples of humans going out of their way to help animals; clearly, we do care. Our technology sets us apart; the things we change and do by accident are often called "vile, sick, morbid, and careless," but that implies intent, and that is not the case - we care a great deal
mortiskrum 2 months ago
@mortiskrum Wouldn't even be that way if it weren't for the humans. We made the animals endangered so stfu.

This is natural, and not wrong.
mortiskrum 3 months ago
@TheTudiscoKid And how are you differentiating between humans and any other animal? We're mammals, we live on this planet - there are hundreds of other species fit that catagory. What makes us different? You are arbitrarily deciding that what humans do is evil, and what other animals do to each other is natural - but there is no way to actually draw a distinction between the two, other then "we have technology." And what bearing does that really have on morality?

If there is a higher intelligence at work, I hope it decides to pull the plug on mankind and end this madness. But then again.... letting us continue on this path would lead to more misery and torment. So perhaps allowing us to crawl forward in agony is the best fate for us.

Because otherwise we all choose the easy option...
monsterinyourpocket 3 months ago
@monsterinyourpocket Agree, humans pick the easy choice-Humans don't care about stuff like 'long term affect' or 'Our kids' or 'earth' they only care to satisfy their current desires/fetishes/cravings and so on...
Due to their short sight, short mind and self-centering(most of the time) They are just unable to pick the hard path-since it prevents them from doing their meaningless stuff that makes them feel good.
Humans developed into a self-pleasuring monster,America is the very center of that.
Wharwulif 3 months ago
@TheTudiscoKid so tell me, how do you differentiate between "human caused" extinction and "natural?" Why is one so horrible, and the other is just the cycle of life? I am not justifying every oil spill or clear-cut forest; I am saying that we are animals that live on this planet - but we stand alone in our intelligence. Thus, when we change the world, is it by a larger degree. The princicle of change is the same across all species - we just can, and do, change more.
mortiskrum 3 months ago
@mortiskrum That is the evil part-humans don't bother to try and change themselves into a truly different thing, they just say "everything is evil,so lets party and be as evil as we wish!"
Humans are the only creatures claiming to be higher and more important and different then everything, they claim to be intellect and highly moral.
Well, that is the problem then-they just don't show it-they only proved they are more evil then nature.
If all of them would just accept their evil, then I can't argue.
Wharwulif 3 months ago
@Wharwulif Humans don't try to be more moral, or better the world, at all? This is obviously false - evil humans exist, but there are many more good ones. Humans are the only creatures claiming to be more intelligent, but that is because we are the only species that has the awareness to make such a claim - making it a self-fullfilling statement. As far as the "humans first" attitude, all creatures are hard-wired to value themselves the most (think how long a species would live if it didn't!)
mortiskrum 3 months ago
@mortiskrum The thing is,if you look on the long run, because of that view of self-preservation instead of total-survival you end up with everyone dead-nature is false to start with.
Yeah...REAL good humans are very very FEW,also...most of the people do not fix anything, they just do stuff to feel better about themselves-they don't change anything.
The awareness of humans only apply has to check how they can use what's around them.
Humans have not done any change in their entire life-Shame to them
Wharwulif 3 months ago
@Wharwulif sorry I'm not really following your argument...."nature is false to start with?" what do you mean?
how are you defining a good person? because most people are pretty decent individuals, when you get right down to it. they will help their fellow man in a crisis, care about the people around them, and show empathy for suffering. is this not enough to be called "good?"
humans have changed a great deal in the world, for the better - the examples are numerous and obvious.
mortiskrum 3 months ago
@mortiskrum Yeah...humans toward each other-the numbers of those that will harm is greater then those that will help, and humans toward Non-humans is TOO many who don't give a crap.
Nature by itself is composed of 1 thing preventing the other from surviving-core of evil in my eyes, the system works-but it works in a very ugly way.
Yeah...humans changed-just look at how much shit a single car can do-THEN talk.
The examples of Bad things surpass the good-it's obvious even further.
Humans=monsters.
Wharwulif 3 months ago
@Wharwulif so you're saying that nature itself is evil, because animals kill and eat each other? Alright, you're entitled to your opinion. But how are humans even worse then that? Sure we accidently kill many many things, but we also save a great deal. other animals don't save anything at all, just "prevent(ing) others from surviving." Looks like humans really are better then other animals.
mortiskrum 3 months ago
@mortiskrum Yeah...animals tend to reach equilibrium with each other, while the system is wrong, like I said it WORKS.Humans go and try to save things that look to them things of beauty, rather then an actual wish to really help-also...it's human pride saying "WE CONTROL THE WORLD!!!"
Most animals they try to prevent from dying, are the ones THEY led to their extinction in the first place, the 'great deal' that humans save is nothing compared to the great deal they torment for whatever sick reason.
Wharwulif 3 months ago
@TheTudiscoKid uh-huh...so no species has ever gone extict and no ecosystem ever changed before humans came along? O no, thats right....an unbelieveable amount of species lived and died long before homo sapiens ever hit the scene.
There is a false belief common among conservationists that nature "stays the same," as long as humans don't go screwing things up. This is completely wrong, and demonstratably so. I recommend the museum of natural history, or any book of the same subject.
mortiskrum 3 months ago
@TheTudiscoKid animals will not overpopulate because they generally lack the means to overcome the very things that limit their populations - predators, lack of food, etc. humans stand alone in our mastrey of the environment; we have no predators, can make our own food, and have more or less stomped out disease. how can you possibly maintain that only humans destroy the environment? there are so many invasive species ruining ecosystems its appalling you think otherwise.
mortiskrum 3 months ago
@TheTudiscoKid you believe in god, don't you? humans are NOT the only animal capable of using up our resources, we are just the most obvious example. every animal on this planet will grow their population to unsustainable levels if they are not kept in check: my point about the wolves in yellowstone earlier? humans eliminated the wolf population, and as a result the deer and elk population EXPLODED. they then spread and spread, looking for more food. sound familiar?
mortiskrum 3 months ago
@TheTudiscoKid you make it sound like nature is a consious thing, making active decisions....this is completely wrong. there isn't some nature manager behind the scenes doing things like "let's order another 1000 predators, the prey population is getting a bit high - " those things happen automatically. every animal is tied to it's resources, the population fluxing with the availability there of. humans are unique in that we have a great deal of control over our resources. see?

Animals do not,and will not consume every natural resource simply because they are, I guess you could say, bound to the cycles of mother nature. Humans are not bound, making them superior in a way, but also making them inferior because they do not live in moderation. Basically it is over consumerism that is the plague, not humans, but humans probably will never understand this. Humanity is and always was headed for failure in this dpt simply because it is self defeating. We are our worst enemy.

Yet, they're the main ones destroying everything? Interesting.
docdoom187 4 months ago
@docdoom187 Yes, they are the main ones destroying everything. The disease, the virus destroying nature. What we really can do to change it, is quite absurd, but it would be to kill the modern human. Tho, that will never happen ofc. and in the end, all thats left is a new world (still on Earth) ready to emerge from what we destroyed!
TheImamo93 4 months ago
@TheImamo93 That is true. The Earth will fix itself. We can literally nuke ourselves into nothingness, but life will blossom again eventually. Also the typical modern/civilized human destroys itself with what it does to its body. Consuming things that pass as food but they really aren't, such as processed/junk/fast food that's full of things that clearly aren't food and constantly saturating it's body in toxins/drugs that are either considered to be legal (pharmaceutical) or illegal.

MsAgnosticatheist 4 months ago
@TheTudiscoKid That's a bit of a stretch - "instictively" refers to environmental pressures? Sorry, I don't quite buy that, mainly because, like I said above, animals WILL multiply and use up all available resources, given the chance. Look what happened in yellow stone, when humans foolishly decided to eliminate wolves.
mortiskrum 4 months ago
@mortiskrum The natural world keeps itself in balance as long as humans don't fuck it up. You remove all the predators from one area, guess what happens? Prey species overwhelm the habitat. Humans do not use their instincts properly -- we pillage and burn all that we see as "unfit" for our modern society. We take what we want and leave nothing behind. We ARE a disease, a cancer of this planet.
Nightweaver1 4 months ago
@Nightweaver1 Human beings, for all intensive purposes, have no natural instincts - we have progressed past that in to entirely learned behavior. Because of our numbers and technology, we do largly reshape the natural world to suit ourselves, but that doesn't mean we are uncaring of other species. Are there not enourmous conservation efforts being made almost everywhere? Don't be fooled by our "uniqueness;" every other animal would act the same way, given the intelliegnce we have.
mortiskrum 4 months ago
At the moment, we are definitely 100% what agent smith says. But i think it is the core values of the monetary system(our system now)that creates this virus into people. We could easily build a system that actually takes care and works inline with nature/people to create the most healthily sane, sustainable society with the best we know now.

Human beings spread like a virus? Every species will spread like a virus if it can, destroying other species if need be. The principle of competitive exclusion states that if one species has a reproductive advantage over another species sharing a similar biological niche, it will eventually drive the other population out.
cyberpolice9000 4 months ago
@cyberpolice9000 You misunderstand what he was saying. Humans are a virus because they consume the worlds resources. We're talking about destroying other species, we're talking about consuming and spreading, and consuming. One day, and I promise that day will come. Humans will die out just like every other species, they'll become "extinct", eventually. Such an imperfect, ignorant species cannot survive forever.
TheNobodyPMK 4 months ago
@cyberpolice9000 Sorry meant to say we're not talking about destroying other species.
TheNobodyPMK 4 months ago
Meh. The only reason humans would care that they act as viruses is because they have empathy and a higher consciousness. I would suggest Agent Smith not to appeal to the thing which he obviously lacks.
slaughtz 4 months ago
This is very true. Humans do infest the world, and they are viruses.
They continue to multiply like cockroaches sadly.
TheNobodyPMK 5 months ago

GeneralHoohah 5 months ago 10
@GeneralHoohah I think too, but you don't think that we are much more peaceful with each other since World War II ? There is still so much problems in this world I agree, so much poverty, lost people in Humanity, but we have been able to finally reach real peace for the first time in History. During centuries and centuries all countries used to kill and torture each others in horrific wars and genocides, Now things seems more stable, even we are still torturing millions of animals. --__--
yoshi167943 5 months ago
@yoshi167943 The really sad think about that is that's what was keeping our population in check, but thats only the result of larger more developed powerful nations pushing around 3rd world countries that would be totally out of control. The human race isn't intelligent for peace yet, if it was we would have thrown away religion by now and learned how to control our numbers. The total opposite is true right now and as a result, the population is exploding.
GeneralHoohah 5 months ago

GeneralHoohah 4 months ago
@GeneralHoohah But there are people who think like you, im one of them. Does it mean something? A different type of human? I believe that people that think like you, and me, will be the only ones that will remain in this planet. Greed and hateful kill themselves. Overpopulation isnt something that is destroying the environment, its greed people. did you know that we could use green power source? The only reason that isnt happening currently is money. Society needs to be restarted.
Porckana 4 months ago

Our race is young and I am not ashamed.
pelicane136 3 months ago
@pelicane136 Humans only use a small percentage of their brain. When they eventually unlock those unused areas, their heightened intelligence will naturally override their primal urges. Its a shame I had to be born before that occurs. I hate living in this era of the human race. Theism, religion, greed, overpopulation, thoughtlessness, apathy..... its totally disgusting. I find most people revolting. I wish there were somewhere I could go where there are more people like me..
GeneralHoohah 3 months ago
this is an environmental propaganda against humans causing everything.
i know humans are not perfect but that doesn't mean we should condemned ourselves to think everything is our fault.
geez mother nature doesn't care about this
we are not obligated to serve nature because it's not a living thing.

Alec0124 5 months ago
@Alec0124 That video on George Carlin...Cant help but think that's just to increase his own ratings. a kind of, "I know whats happening, arnt i for the people" kind of tactic. Dont over analyse things, it'll only ruin your day and give you a sense of hopelessness, something others want you to feel so that they arnt alone. Dont listen to anyone who creates hate against the establishment. Because its these people who, in the end, are the ones that want your money.
Hayden0selles 5 months ago

@HORRORTV1 Perfection is a bottomless cup.
HaoWenXiang 5 months ago
@TheTudiscoKid All forms of life kill at one point. I do not see why any life form besides the human race are deemed neccessary. You are partially correct. We are not the only species uneccessary, all life are uneccessary I personally believe. Maybe we were there due to an accident. We do not know. But what make humans great, we have the ability to become perfect by learning from our mistakes. We just don't know it yet.
HORRORTV1 6 months ago
While this monologue is awesome, it doens't really make sense...for one thing, it is completely untrue that "other mammals seek out a natural equilibrium." Every animal, and I mean every animal, will multiply and multiply until all resources are used up; however, every animal is held in check by predators, lack of prey, etc....except us. When new species are introduced, lack of predators means massive damage to the local area. We are the only ones that do it at a global level.
