Holy shit they drove the crowd nuts! I really wish I had the chance to see these guys live in Japan. They blew me away when I discovered them when I was 12 and here I am still loving this band to this very day. Eizo is without a doubt one of my favorite singers. I totally waited for someone dressed as Kamen Rider to kick the Shocker looking bad guy at the beginning and Let's go Rider Kick made me want to Head bang and Raidaa Kick respectively with all the great Showa Riders. Thanks for sharing!

These guys put on a great show and were such good players. Pity they were unknown outside of Japan other than on a supremely cult level. Most people I know think I'm crazy for liking this band so much, but what do they know? Animetal were great at what they did and I miss them a lot. And how many American bands do you know of that would go onstage with an image like that without being full of irony? We need more bands like this!

What's so amazing about this video is that the audience is packed with folks young enough to be my kids, yet, they not only know the words to these songs, they REALLY get into them, despite the fact that most of these shows are over 30 years old. That is very cool! You wouldn't see anything like that in the US; most kids, here, would find anything from their parent's time very unhip. I know what you mean... Take the first song "Let's Go!! Rider Kick" as an example... It was released in 1971, and 33 years later you have lots of 15 year-old teens singing it and loving it... That's amazing!
