The reason it pauses could be from 1 of 2 reasons:

1. Someone edited it, trial and error of lining up video and audio &

2. The VHS it was recorded on is old & requires a TBC (Time base corrector). Notice the wavy line at the bottom of the video.

It is sad that beautiful artwork can be practically destroyed by the VHS. I wish DVR came out instead of VHS. Thumbs up if you agree!!!
