  • very very very good!

  • Ohhh beegeebers!! ignore the Mark and let's go with Fredy OK? :D

  • @guitarrx3girl no worries i mess names up all the time...its all cool :)

  • Mark, your playing is very smooth... good solid rock and roll.. Very clean runs with interesting effects... love the note sustain... I really enjoyed this one a lot! Emily

  • @guitarrx3girl Thanks Emily :)

  • @fIRsTRATmAN - No problem. I have a volume pedal as well, but I don't really use it for volume adjusttment, more for swells, like a pedal steel. I adjust the volume either by playing softer or using the volume knob on the guitar. I know turning down the volume on the guitar can change the sound (make it more bassy and dull), but I have installed a treble bleed kit (just solder one capacitor and a resistor to your volume pot) so the sound is not changed, just the volume.

He makes a good point, check out Young's "Down by the River" or "Cortez the Killer" for a sample. . .

  • @jpmist Thanks man, will do.

  • Nice! that's a fun one to play.

  • Love your guitar playing.

You're not miming the Knopfler's ways.

A kind of Neil Young's style to play Dire Straits!

  • The guitar sound is brilliant! Very good!

  • @B0zz3 thanks man, im glad you dig my tone.

  • Another great job mate :)
