I had heard once that it was better to job for the heels because they were nicer and treated you with a bit of respect. And that when you job for the faces, they were usually pricks and intentionally wrestled "stiff" against the jobbers.
As someone with inside experience, is that pretty much true? or is it BS?
Always wondered... Was there was some contract thing thing where it was discussed how much hair Beefcake would cut? Some guys would get it all buzzed off while others got a few snips. Seems weird a guy with long hair would want it all cut off. That stuff ain't easy to grow.
@dennisb1025 Ah I see. Thanks for the info. You guys should have been given some credit over the "SUPPOSED" stars. Guess if he was in some kind of bad mood he could really do a bad cutting job on his opponent. One wrestler "Terry Zeller" had the whole front of his hair cut off by BC and had another match the same day and didn't have time to get his hair fixed. But he didn't let it spoil his job!
@dennisb1025 No, what I do believe is the Karma Wheel keeps spinning. If beefcake took his nose out of the coke and Hogan's ass for 5 minutes he may have had a better career
@dennisb1025 Get 'em Dennis...lol...Hey, buddy it is very cool to watch you wrestle these guys. I never knew that after he wrestled you is when he had that accident...I too believe in Karma..that's why I try to keep my nose clean...anyway you job GREAT...entertaining...Your Bro-"The Bone" NJWA 4 Life
Great match , great job selling the sleeper, and especially thanks for sharing the background story. Glad to hear at least Tony Garea was a class act.
mrwrestlingtape1 - Yes I do, he was a great guy. I was in many locker rooms with him. lildwayne21 - I am sorry that I had the date wrong but after 2900 matches over 20 years sometimes you make that mistake.

If you really believe that Beefcake had that accident because he didn't shake hands with you then you're a a piece of shit.

Anyone got more Brutus Beefcake clips?
Does anyone have where he finally finished shaving Lucious Johnny V's hair.
Or even putting out Outlaw Ron Bass?
They made a tribute to Tom Zenk using the Sleeper, can anoyone put one together for Beefcake?

Ugh, Brutus Beefacke couldn't have been more unlikable. I even started cheering for Allen's mullet watching this match.

You're a dumbass mark though so that makes sense that you would think that way.

Your the mark. At least this guy wrestled. The only thing you wrestle is your boyfriend.

This match aired on July 1st, 1990. This is not from 1989.
